We had the absolute pleasure of working with Dade County Food Group (DCFG) for our wedding in May 2025 at Largo Resort, and we could not be happier with our experience! Our wedding planner recommended them, and I am so glad she did. From the very beginning, Brian, Jade, and the entire DCFG team were incredibly communicative, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect.

They worked with our evolving budget, welcomed us for a wonderful menu tasting to guide our food selections, and were always quick to answer any questions along the way. When a last-minute hiccup happened with our liquor order being accidentally cancelled, they went above and beyond to save the day—something we’ll always be grateful for.

On the wedding day, everything was flawless. Our guests raved about the food (many saying it was the best wedding meal they’d ever had!), and the DCFG servers and bartenders were professional, friendly, and made everyone feel taken care of.

Myself, my husband and ALL of our guests absolutely loved DCFG! WOW. They helped us craft a delicious menu for our welcome party and wedding. Our guests said our food was the BEST wedding food they’ve ever had. As a former culinary student and personal chef, it meant a lot to me to have good wedding food! And boy did they deliver. Everyone we worked with from our tasting (Brian, Jade etc) to the wedding day, (Chef Cass even danced with us, LOVE him!) was a dream. I’m so pleased I worked with DCFG and I encourage everyone to hire them asap!

I cannot put into words how amazing DCFG is! They made my wedding dreams come true. From the day we emailed, to the tasting and meeting the team, up until the wedding, it was seamless. They are very responsive and truly care about you and your needs. And the food???! 1000000% Let's be honest, food at weddings are usually mediocre but my God. Their food is to die for. My guests were blown away. Their servers and all were a dream to work with. I still talk to the owner Brian to this day, he is a gem. YOU MUST HIRE THEM!

Unbeatable catering and bartending service provider in the Miami area. They truly went above and beyond at every step of our wedding weekend, including planning / communications, quality of food, and professionalism of staff. When I say the food was perfect at our Miami wedding.. I mean the food was PERFECT. We had several of our guest come up and tell us how amazing our food was. My wife knew of them from catering her brother's wedding. And we are so happy we went with them as well. Easy to deal with, friendly, and could not recommend them more. Brian and his team at Dade County Food were awesome to work with! We had a weekday wedding where we only did cocktails and appetizers and everyone was well fed and had a great time. Their menu is large and I loved that I had lots of asian cuisine to pick from to match the Japanese theme of our wedding. Brian was super easy to talk to from the very beginning to the end. Such a friendly and cool guy. He helped us make informed decisions when it came to choosing the menu and deciding on drinks/where to purchase liquor. Emails and inquiries were answered within mins and hours. We didn’t have to even wait a day to get a response back to any questions we asked. So grateful for his entire team for making our day super easy. Can’t wait to cater them for another special occasion!

Brain is so easy to talk to and his staff work, so well together. The food was perfect and everyone loved it. I would highly recommend his catering for any wedding, event or gathering.

DCFG catered our 220+ wedding in Islamorada last month and were amazing! The food, drink, service, everything from start to finish was spot on. The most amazing customer service. We used Dade County Food Group for catering our wedding this February and they were outstanding. From the first phone call to the day of the wedding they went above and beyond. We have allergies and they made sure our entire meal was allergy free and safe. The chef on the day of our wedding was so fun and helpful! He made sure I (the bride) was eating and getting to taste all the food as I was busy running around. All of our guests raved about the service and food. Highly recommend!

Holy. Smokes. There is a reason they have 100+ FIVE STAR reviews. Our wedding day food was absolutely insane good! My family even raises beef and said it’s probably the best short rib they’ve ever had. We couldn’t make a tasting happen (being out of towners) so I was skeptical. Our wedding planner was not wrong. From the apps to the main course and even the best brownie sundae ever.. they nailed every course. A breeze to work work. Absolute culinary masterminds!

My husband and I were married in January at The Gardens of Weber Manor and hired Dade County Food Group for our catering. They did an exceptional job! The food was delicious and our guests commented several times throughout the night how much they enjoyed the meal. Additionally, we truly appreciated how supportive their team was in answering our questions throughout the wedding planning process. They were always quick to respond, even when I'm sure we asked them the same question multiple times, and they helped us figure out ways to keep the cost of our catering budget down. We truly appreciated their honesty and support and highly recommend them for your event! One thing to note is they do not provide glassware, tableware or linens so you'll need to make a plan to get these items on your own or through another vendor, but they do have a partnership with a vendor you can use and offer a 10% discount.
