Dade County Food Group did an exceptional job catering all three days of our wedding. Brian and his team are incredibly easy to work with and truly dedicated to giving you the best experience possible. From the first phone call to the last day, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

The hors d’oeuvres were outstanding, with the wagyu steak being a particular highlight. Every guest in our party was impressed and thoroughly enjoyed the food. We couldn't have asked for a better catering service. Thank you, DCFG!

INCREDIBLE. From the VERY beginning, every single human that works at Dade County Food Group was a DREAM to work with. From my initial phone consult with Brian the owner, to all the subsequent correspondence with Chelsea, Kenny and the whole team. They are easygoing, flexible, and FRIENDLY! They barely require a deposit, they will work with you on your menu. And boy, did they deliver on my big day! My guests raved about the Wagyu steak with chimi for days after our wedding. Seriously, hire them. Look no further!

My husband and I still remember the first time we spoke to Brian on the phone. We had just booked our venue and were going back and forth on which caterer to go with, so we went to eat at one of the other caterers' restaurants to see how the food was, and while we were eating, we got a call from Brian. After 5 minutes of talking on the phone, we left the restaurant and knew we wanted to go with DCFG. He was so real and down to earth. A lot of other vendors we have worked with, you could tell it was strictly business, but with him, we felt that he genuinely cared about what we wanted for our wedding weekend. DCFG was there to help us every single step of the way. Probably sending over 100 emails back and forth, they promptly responded to ALL of our questions and menu/guest changes lol. Never once making us feel like we were bothering or annoying them. We were blown away by their professionalism/communication throughout the entire planning process and then fast forward to the wedding weekend, we were blown away by the quality/taste of all the food that they prepared for us as well as the service. Our family and friends raved about all of the food, and being that most of them were from NY, that is a huge compliment lol.We have nothing but good things to say about DCFG and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

We had another company booked for our wedding in Islamorada. Needless to say our dates got mixed up. 12 weeks before our wedding we were referred to DCFG, a blessing in disguise. OMG!! Not only did they jump right in and make room to cater our event. The food was absolutely amazing!!! If I could give 50 stars I would. A huge shout out to Chef Scarlet and Sharon, our captain for the evening. The service was exceptional and exceeded our expectation. I wish I had photos of the food to share. As I'm typing this, I'm thinking of the steak and salivating. The truffle mac & cheese oh my goodness to die for!! Our guests couldn't stop talking about the food. We actually changed the menu so many times and they could not have been more accommodating. The communication was stellar and my opinion they are in a league of their own. We appreciate we appreciate DJ Russ for this recognition really got us out of a bind. Again in my opinion, a blessing in disguise. You can't go wrong if you choose to use Dade County Food Group for any of your catering needs.

Dade County Food GroupBest caterer out there, hands down. If you are thinking of booking with them, do it.At first, I was a bit skeptical… how were all of the outstanding reviews real? A 100$ deposit with no money due until the week of the wedding? Free vendor meals, set up, clean up, unlimited alcohol/ mixers? Allowing me to add or remove guests up until the day of the wedding?Let me tell you, these guys are the real deal. Brian stuck to every single thing he told me in our original conference call and exceeded all of the expectations I had.They were beyond communicative, I never waited more than 12 hours before getting a response (usually it was within minutes). Brian and Kenny had my entire family out in Miami for a full blown tasting. The food was unbelievable. Every single guest at my wedding raved over how delicious the food was. “This wasn’t your typical wedding food, it was so good.” I changed my menu multiple times and Brian, Kenny, Jade and crew never once seemed annoyed or bothered.They literally had every single alcohol choice that we wanted and provided above and beyond a typical wedding by asking us what specific drinks we wanted. They even got us extra items to make espresso martinis at no extra cost and our wedding guests loved it. In addition, they made our signature drink exactly the way we like it and made sure we were ready to go with it all night.Our servers, cooks, bartenders at the day of the wedding were so personable and friendly. Chef Cass and Chef Shannon checked in with me, the groom, and our families throughout to make sure we were all taken care of. Chef Cass even came down to bust his dance moves after the dinner was over, something my guests and I thought was amazing.Overall, we loved working with Dade County Food Group. Thank you to their team for making our wedding spectacular and for making the planning process FUN.

On February 24, 2024 the Miami Dade Food Group catered our daughters wedding.We had them for Saturday night, food for the wedding, passed hors d’oeuvres and then all day Sunday for a “recovery day” with tacos and a full barIt exceeded our expectations!We still have guests and family reaching out to us to say what an Epic weekend it was!Special shout out to Cass, who was the leader of the catering project, the bartenders and servers. Everyone was so much fun. We felt like they were a part of our wedding.The quality of the food was absolutely delicious! The food temperature, the flavors, the cooking methods. Everything was fantastic.If you have plans in the future for a big wedding or a small wedding or any kind of gathering, we highly recommend them.They were a pleasure to do business with, and they’re also a local business which we love to support.

We had to cancel our party due to unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances, so I never had the pleasure of tasting the menu that I was so excited about.However, based on their attentiveness, flexibility and customer service, DCFG would be my first choice for future events.Between being a single parent and a high demand career, I am juggling so much that I was spotty in communication, and they overcompensated for that- which I really appreciated.They are beyond professional, warm and responsible. Very much hope to work with them in the future.

We booked DCFG for our wedding catering and they were wonderful! The food was delicious and we got so many compliments on all of it. They were so kind and easy to work with, and made the planning way more fun and stress free than some other options we looked at. We would book them over and over again!

They were AMAZING! Beyond just the food being delicious, the team and staff were so helpful, they worked with us and our requests, and overall killed it. Couldn't have asked for a better catering group!

There are not enough words for how much we loved working with DCFG! We live locally in the Keys, and we were looking to build the most fun team of wedding vendors for our special day. We wanted fun, communicative, professional, and all around good humans to surround ourselves with on our wedding day. DCFG is the epitome of who we were looking for. Their entire team is wonderful, and they are so talented. Admins were incredibly communicative, prompt, thorough, and friendly. The entire team is super flexible. The chefs are remarkably talented. The menu was superb. The price was more than fair. We loved our tasting menu experience, and their food is so memorable! We could not have asked for a better catering company. We used them for rehearsal lunch, welcome hor'dourves, and wedding day happy hour/dinner. Everything that they provided was top notch! We can't thank them enough!

We recently got married in Key Largo and hired Dade County Food Group for 3 different events, a welcome party, the rehearsal dinner, and the wedding reception. They were absolutely amazing in every way. If you are reading this, you are probably considering them for some type of event. Hire them and don't look back, you won't regret it.From initially working on the menu, to making constant tweaks to it, they made everything before our wedding weekend very easy. Once the weekend hit, they did everything they said they would and more. We obviously had a lot of other things going on so it was nice to never have to worry about the food. They showed up when they said they would with everything they needed. Then, most importantly, the food was amazing! We had a BBQ buffet, a taco buffet, and then several other buffet options for the wedding reception. Everything was delicious and all of our guests said the same thing.We also had them provide bartenders for the wedding reception and the bartenders were a huge hit! The drinks were great and there was never a line at the bar.If you've read this far, I will say again, hire them and don't look back!
