I cannot talk any higher of not just a catering company and vendor, but of the group of people and customer service! We are beyond ourselves. Dade County Food Group was one of the most supportive, and incredible vendors we had at our wedding.

Even before paying a security deposit, we were given a full plan, options, we just were treated with such care and respect. They also have so many connections, because we worked with them we were given discounts to certain other vendors, and were again treated by those vendors with such care.

They were patient with us, as we were planning across the country. They were responsive, and were always willing to hop on a call, and make time. They prioritized our experience the entire time.

After our tasting, they asked us for feedback and were very responsive, and actually did what we asked for.

I also got multiple raving reviews from their team day of. They were helpful during set up, their staff made our guests days. They added to the whole experience, and their food was incredible. I could not recommend them more. I want to have another event just to hire them again!

DCFG is the absolute best of the best. Their customer service is genuinely unparalleled. They were the best choice we could have made for our wedding. Not only do they not take advantage of you, but the food is INCREDIBLE. The short rib, truffle mac and cheese, and every single appetizer was a huge hit. They made the process so seamless, took care of us the entire way and made me feel so confident and comfortable-- I never waited longer than 30 minutes to hear back from them. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Dade County Food Group (DCFG) for our wedding in May 2025 at Largo Resort, and we could not be happier with our experience! Our wedding planner recommended them, and I am so glad she did. They worked with our evolving budget, welcomed us for a wonderful menu tasting to guide our food selections, and were always quick to answer any questions along the way. When a last-minute hiccup happened with our liquor order being accidentally cancelled, they went above and beyond to save the day—something we’ll always be grateful for.

On the wedding day, everything was flawless. Our guests raved about the food (many saying it was the best wedding meal they’d ever had!), and the DCFG servers and bartenders were professional, friendly, and made everyone feel taken care of.

Myself, my husband and ALL of our guests absolutely loved DCFG! WOW. They helped us craft a delicious menu for our welcome party and wedding. Our guests said our food was the BEST wedding food they’ve ever had. As a former culinary student and personal chef, it meant a lot to me to have good wedding food! And boy did they deliver. Everyone we worked with from our tasting (Brian, Jade etc) to the wedding day, (Chef Cass even danced with us, LOVE him!) was a dream. I’m so pleased I worked with DCFG and I encourage everyone to hire them asap!

I cannot put into words how amazing DCFG is! They made my wedding dreams come true. From the day we emailed, to the tasting and meeting the team, up until the wedding, it was seamless. They are very responsive and truly care about you and your needs. And the food???! 1000000% Let's be honest, food at weddings are usually mediocre but my God. Their food is to die for. My guests were blown away. Their servers and all were a dream to work with. I still talk to the owner Brian to this day, he is a gem. YOU MUST HIRE THEM!

Unbeatable catering and bartending service provider in the Miami area. They truly went above and beyond at every step of our wedding weekend, including planning / communications, quality of food, and professionalism of staff. When I say the food was perfect at our Miami wedding.. I mean the food was PERFECT. We had several of our guest come up and tell us how amazing our food was. Brian and his team at Dade County Food were awesome to work with! We had a weekday wedding where we only did cocktails and appetizers and everyone was well fed and had a great time. Their menu is large and I loved that I had lots of asian cuisine to pick from to match the Japanese theme of our wedding. Brian was super easy to talk to from the very beginning to the end. Such a friendly and cool guy. He helped us make informed decisions when it came to choosing the menu and deciding on drinks/where to purchase liquor. Emails and inquiries were answered within mins and hours. We didn’t have to even wait a day to get a response back to any questions we asked. So grateful for his entire team for making our day super easy. Can’t wait to cater them for another special occasion!
