Chef Ivan is wonderful. Today, I needed food to be delivered to a home in Cutler Bay. Sadly, someone was grieving due to the sudden loss of a loved one and I requested platters be delivered asap. I used Mangu-Mangu for our grand opening for 90+ people this past weekend. Ivan and his staff (Kenya, Jonas, and others) were incredible. They went above and beyond assisting with tasks unrelated to catering in my absence to ensure that we had a wonderful evening and a flawless event. We could not have done it without them.
