I've been here a few times now and it seems it's starting to go downhill unfortunately.... We were there this Friday night and brought along some friends, the place was pretty empty so we sat down immediately. From the onset of ordering everything including drinks took forever to arrive. The waitress was not very attentive and gave excuses every time asked for anything. She was also unfamiliar with the wine options and forgot that we wanted to know what they had in cabs so we could order a bottle, instead she brought one glass of a random cab. The drinks took over 30 minutes to arrive at the table both times. One main dish requested was told 20 minutes after ordering that they were out of that item then was substituted for another of which upon delivery apologized that once again only half the platter was available. The waitress and manager never offered to take it off the bill or even discount it since it was incomplete, simply gave a "free" dessert or two. The live music was always what brought us there but they obviously are not considering how to set up the type of band to the probable audience on a Friday night... We apologized to our friends that we brought there for the first time and will probably not return....

After hearing such great reviews about the place, I had to try it for myself. I wasn't sure I could get a table on a Saturday night, but luck was on my side. My son ordered a plain burger and I had a half a rack of ribs. We shared sides of mac and cheese and baked cowboy beans. Each dish was fantastic. The ribs were so meaty, I couldn't even finish half a rack! And the macaroni and cheese was so creamy! My picky grown son loved the smokiness of the burger and devoured the BBQ sauce. My only complaint is the the menu was so hard to read. It's just a xerox copy on white paper and it wasn't in focus (promise it wasn't me)! Blurry all over. And it's pricey so be prepared to drop some coin. Our dinner was $75 including tip. IMHO, it was worth it. Great food. The live music was excellent too. Good vibes in here. Check it out.

The place is so cute , and they treated us extremely well. I just believe that the food is over priced for what it is. It's food I can get at another location much cheaper.

I came here twice because I fell in love with their previous menu, and their salmon burger(was delicious) today I came and for real the menu sucks, just a normal burger, ribs, and Cuban sandwich? ... we ate, food was ok, but I also realize I wasn't as important as other customers, I was feeling so hot, like literally sweating, also the bartender was cleaning his forehead... I ask my waitress what just happened and she "calmly"told another customer complained because she was cold and she decided just to put the AC on 76 degrees????? Definitely not coming back to this sauna, first, I haven't been in any restaurant in Miami where the AC should be on certain temperature because of somebody , I think it should be at a normal, standard temperature for everybody, not just one, single person.

Loved everything about this place. We went looking for the flying pig and found out they no longer have a spot but serve their BBQ at this spot. It's in a very random location, attached it a motel, so we were skeptical at first. But once you walk inside the place is very cute and the staff all super friendly. They had a great cocktail menu with really fun names. I opted for a mezcal margarita that was DELICIOUS. Kudos to the bartender! To eat we shared a few small plates. We ordered the broccolini but we got regular broccoli lol. But no complaining here because they were cooked perfect and the sauce was delicious. The chili was very hearty and a bit on the spicy side but still delicious and the wings were pretty good but nothing out of this world. The Cesar salad was my favorite dish mostly because of how AMAZING the bacon was that came with it. It was two thick cut slices that almost seemed air fried because they weren't greasy at all. Probably the best bacon I've had at a restaurant. For dessert we had the brownie & ice cream with toasted almonds and a yummy berry sauce. I'll def be back when I'm in the area.

This place has been here for a little while and we just haven't gone to many restaurants since COVID first came around so this was our first time coming. They are in the middle of merging with Pig Floyd so their menu isn't what is on their website. I like the atmosphere of this place. It's laid back, relaxed and light. The popcorn burnt ends was really good. Probably the highlight of our meal. My husband and I split our meals with each other so we both had opinions of the chicken and waffles (we both really liked) and the bbq pork sandwich (I liked, but he didn't). The chicken was cooked perfectly for the chicken and waffles. They didn't have their pecan praline butter, but it was still delicious. On to the pork sandwich, I like my bbq sweet, but not too sweet so for me the sauce was perfect. My husband isn't a huge fan of sweet BBQ sauce so this is why he didn't like it. It's served on a ciabatta bun which didn't stay solid. It was pretty mushy by the tim I started eating it due to the sauce seeping into it so it's pretty messy, but again, I liked it. Didn't take any pictures of our meal, but their menu is probably going to change due to their merger.

I ate here for the first time tonight and I can’t say enough about them. The waitress Renee was great and the owner came by and talked to us to ensure the dinner went well. Really nice guy and attentive. Please check this place out and give them some love.

I just wanted to share my experience of our first time at Dapple. I would like to say that EVERY single staff member that helped us was very nice and extremely attentive. The live music on the Saturday night was a plus. Our server, Rene was very nice and made sure that everything we ordered was to our liking. One of the dishes I ordered was a bit too spicy and Rene and her manager, Ivo, remade it to accommodate my spice tolerance. Ivo, continually check on us to make sure the food and service was up to par. He made it a point to make sure that we felt comfortable and taken care of. When we were done eating, a very wonderful and friendly gentleman, Brett aka grandpa shared a few laughs with us. Overall excellent service! We will DEFINITELY be coming back often!!!!Please take a chance and recognize these awesome employees! They are KEEPERS!!

David for cocktails @ the bar were truly special, and we had the Mexican corn, brisket, fries (close to steak fries which I have a weakness for) and Broccolini which was/were? awesome... everything awesome!!! The Ceasar was a very good Ceasar w slabs of bacon on top... 5 stars, clearly!

I really enjoyed my lunch at Dapple. There food was flavorful and fantastic. The Caesar was one of the best I have had since coming to Miami and their thick cut bacon is a winner. With both my wife and my dishes you could taste the good ingredients they used.Appetizer: Ceasar SaladEntrees: (1) Pork Sandwich (2) Dapple BurgerAtmosphere/Decor: Clean.Server Attentiveness: Quick and responsive serviceFood Wait: Quick.Cost/Value: $60 for side, two entrees and salad

First timer! We came for the truffle fries. Ended up ordering Mexican street corn, Mac and cheese and the bbq pork sandwich. The food was tasty. My boyfriend enjoyed the bbq pork sandwich. However, aside from the food, the service was excellent. Bartender, David, took care of us and was very attentive and friendly. My personal favorite part of the experience was the quality of the drinks! They were perfectly made. I loved the cafecito Miami! As David would say MAF, Miami a** f*ck!

Excellent brunch. Chicken and waffles were great, breading for the chicken was delicious and waffles were homemade with cornbread. Girlfriend had the burger with truffle fries, which was great too. Prices were reasonable.
