I found food in my hair. Unfortunately I had ate most of my food when I found the strand of hair. It did not belong to me because my hair was braided. When I brought it to the server's attention shebsaid she would tell the staff to be more careful. I mentioned that there should be some sort of discount and she told me there wasnt a manager to assist with that. She eventually brought another employee to assist and he only offered 10%. Ordered pu from the Grove location and specificity asked that have yellowtail. The girl on phone said came w yellowtail but when arrived pu it was Whahoo instead. I asked please be fixed and then a another girl came over rudely informed me that had pay an additional fee or take what I had! I asked speak manager and she informed me that she was manager.
