I’m extremely disappointed with our recent experience. We ordered a batch of very expensive cupcakes, expecting high quality for the price. Unfortunately, the cupcakes were stale, and the icing tasted like the milk had gone bad. They were not fresh, and several people noticed the unpleasant taste immediately.
What made the situation worse was how it was handled. We called the store right away to let them know about the issue, hoping they would offer a solution or at least try to make it right. Instead, the employee we spoke with did not offer any options to correct the mistake. The only option she gave was to actually drive back to the bakery and bring the cupcakes back! The reason I ordered the cupcakes in the first place was because I am busy at work and didn't have the ability to get to the store! She also refused to provide contact information for a manager so we could discuss it further! If this business actually cared about their customers and their product they would have no issue getting a manager on the phone to troubleshoot this problem.
For the amount of money we spent, we expected much better quality and customer service. Very disappointing experience overall and will never order from them again!
Don't believe the response no refund or replacement was offered to me this is a lie! They told me to drive over to the store and drop the cupcakes off which was not possible with my work schedule.
And yes I have ordered multiple times with this bakery and have no problem which makes it even worse. Of course I know when the taste is off and not normal! I also know what cream cheese tastes like and it doesn't taste like sour milk and that doesn't help with the fact the cupcakes were stale and hard.

DBakers did an absolutely amazing job with both of my birthday cakes! I didn’t get to see them until we were singing Happy Birthday since someone else picked them up — and I was genuinely blown away. They turned out even better than I imagined! DBakers perfectly brought my vision to life, down to every detail. I’m so happy with how everything came out and truly flattered by the beautiful work they did. Highly recommend them for any special occasion! 🎂💖

Every year for the past years I have bought my son’s birthday cake here. I usually take the small guava one but this year I ordered the vanilla confetti two sizes bigger. It wasn’t much bigger and it was disappointing. It felt like an average grocery store bakery cake, only much more expensive. I don’t know if if this location is not as good as the one in midtown but for $90 and an average cake, I won’t repeat the experience.

I ordered the Tres Leches Flan Cake. Great choice. Everyone was eating the cake slowly so each bite can last longer. Irene , the store manager was exceptional in handling a situation that transpired when I picked up the cake. Irene, assured me that everything would turn out fine and if it didn’t, she guaranteed that she would remedy the situation promptly. I couldn’t have asked for more professionalism. I will entrust dbakers with all my future celebrations. Thank you so much .

Dbakers is our no 1 choice since i ordered my daughter’s bday cake (pistachio/raspberry), then it was my turn for the carrot cake and recently my goddaughter with carrot again -fun size but i added the 12 cupcake box . This is the best choice if your are new to this. Definitely my only choice of cale. The best! ✨✨✨✨
I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at this bakery was too good not to share! Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the amazing atmosphere. Lauren greeted me with a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my choices. She suggested several delightful desserts, but I opted for the classic chocolate chip sea salt cookie. It was perfectly chewy and rich with chocolate on the inside and it was absolutely delicious! The customer service was outstanding, and the food exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to return!

Terrible customer service. They misspelled my last name by one letter, and I never received a confirmation email. When I went to pick up my order, they gave me a hard time because the last names didn’t match—despite the phone number being correct. When I got home, I realized they only gave me the cake and completely forgot the other part of my order. I called the store and was told, “Oh yeah, the macarons,” with no apology or solution offered. We had to drive all the way back in order to get our complete order.
