“These employees are so polite and kind and responsive and the pizza they make is on point each time!! They rarely make a mistake and even call when I make a pizza with “no cheese” to confirm.

“Even though it is a small place, the quality of the service they provide is unsurpassed. I ordered by phone and a girl named Sandra helped me. My husband and I have been clients of Domingos for more than 3 years and I have never been treated as kindly as that young woman, good choice, nowadays it is difficult to find that.“

“Honestly undeserved bad reviews I have ordered here pretty often and I can only remember one time in which my order wasn't right. In general the portions are great being served with more cheese than on other places and the service is also good.“

“I have been a regular customer for many years of this store 7309 SW 107 ave Miami Floridad. My experience has always been excellent. The store is very clean, the preparation area for pizza and other food looks very clean and organized.
Employees practices good hygiene and wear clean uniforms. The waiting area to pickup pizza is always clean, excellent customer service, polite and respectful staff.
In my own opinion I recommend this store 100% performance, great value for the pizza and reasonable price compared to other pizzeria.

Also, I respectfully would like to see and recommend in the future for Domino pizza to offer a little token of appreciation discount everyday to all military and veterans with proof of military or veterans ID. Just like other stores are doing, such of home depot, lowes, chicken fillet, olive garden, hooters , McDonald's, outback restaurant and garrabas Italian restaurant.

What stands out most is their attention to detail: the toppings are plentiful, and they correctly follow customer requests, such as adding extra sauce. “Their pizzas are always consistently good. They often have great specials and it is very easy to place an order on line or from their app.

Today I had their medium pizza with any toppings for 9.99. I ordered their pan pizza with chicken, sausage, beef, Philly, steak, mushrooms, and onions with two garlic dipping cups. It was prepared perfectly and tasted very fresh with a lot of toppings spread evenly.

Parking is easy and with the app they will notify you when the pizza is ready so you don’t have to wait. Everything is prepared fresh and fast. The inside is clean and the staff is very friendly. The convenience and their prices are hard to beat.“

We are one of the dominos in the city of Miami that gets really busy this time of year we are very understaffed…which means we don’t have enough personnel to give great service THATS not an excuse but it is a cause. I myself am an employee there and it’s very difficult to deal with too many things at ones. I get the concerns and the complaints but it all just kind of seems very one sided. You guys act like you have never worked in a fast food chain with much work we try our best to reach everybody’s concerns and we understand but you guys have to understand aswell. As for wrong addresses in delivery, I recommend that before you finish placing an order either through the app or online or even through the phone you should verify the address. Online it changes addresses especially if it’s not automatically put from being a regular customer so that’s an easier way to stop wrong addresses and misunderstanding from happening. Inside carry out customer service. That’s more than likely on a busy day because other than that our carry out employee go above and beyond to give great service to customers in the store. You can always ask and will receive customer is always right. Other than I apologize sincerely and if you have any comments or concerns you may come back again and ask for me. “Everyone who works here is an incredible worker and all of them should get raises.I've ordered every week and sometimes multiple times per week since moved here and there hasn't been a single mistake on the cooking or delivery.On the delivery part: Edgar, Myles and Leroy have never missed or delivered a cold pizza. Always fresh and usually before the expected time. Excellent service.On the cooking part: excellent as always. I've never received a non-delicious pizza from this place. It's always fresh and tasty. “The staff at the pizzeria is not very attentive, you can hear a lot of shouting and I was very disappointed recently in the service because the manager on duty was very rude, I don't know if it was because I am Latin and my English was not so fluent, and the pizza man had to help me.
However, I have to say that they have improved the waiting times.

“This place has the worst delivery times ever. Do not order here if you want your food in 30 minutes. It's at least 1 hour and 10 minutes including if your 10 minutes away. You can literally walk and find food quicker regardless of where you are on Earth. God awful. I'd give zero for constant time changes and the driver being stuck in one area while the clock goes longer and longer into day.“
