This location needs to do better when checking on online orders and picking up in store the girl working the front had no idea what she was doing ! she was extremely rude and unprofessional and kept questioning me when im a customer trying to get my food and drinks that I PAID FOR!!!management needs to do better i will be reaching out to corporate.
I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at Domino's Pizza located at 18505 S Dixie HWY. Upon calling, I was placed on hold for an unreasonable 20 minutes before being abruptly hung up on by a male staff member. Upon calling back, a woman answered, and despite explaining the situation calmly, she responded with extreme rudeness. We always order from the Cutler Bay Store and Never have a problem. I order online and the pizza is always delivered within a 15 min timeframe that’s specified, order is correct and Always Hot & Delicious! Thank You Domino’s for Great Service! We Appreciate You!!!
