Taco Bell is known for its friendly and attentive staff, who provide excellent service. The drive-thru process is quick and efficient, making it convenient for customers. The food, particularly the crunchwrap, is popular, although some customers have noted inconsistencies with the amount of meat. However, there have been complaints about the new computerized ordering system, which some may find complicated, particularly older customers. Some have also expressed concerns about rising prices.
