Horrible service at this place tonight. Pizza was supposed to be delivered at 7. Called the store at 7:30 for an update. Was told the pizza is on the way and it would be at my house in 12 minutes. Funny. My house is 8 minutes from Domino’s. So where’s the pizza? Lady on the phone was a rude liar. Ugh. Just gotta pay the premium for Mister O1 and stop giving places like this business.

The pizza was terrible. It was cold when it arrived, and it took an hour and twenty minutes to deliver a pizza that was supposed to be from a fast-food pizza place. I don’t know what fast food is anymore. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Ordered a pizza, for delivery. It took one hour. It arrived cold, hard like a carton board and looks like who ever prepared did not care about presentation. Not recommended. Places like this should not exist. Do not know what customer service is.

The delivery service for the last year has been horrible. I would always order and within 30 minutes I had my order delivered. Now, it takes over an hour and the drivers (NOT ALL OF THEM) are not trained to deal with customers. Employees at this location acted like it was my fault that THEY delivered the food to the wrong address. Dogs are treated better! I will not order from this location again!

Ordered online. Over an hour later still no pizza. Tracker said it was being delivered. An hour and 20 minutes later the tracker said it was delivered but still no pizza. I was calling them and when u call them u get a recording. No one ever answered the phone. I got in my car and drove there. My call was over an hour by this point and as I talked to the employee in the store, I showed them that I was on the phone for over an hour with them and they did not answer their phone. They told me the order was canceled by me. I showed them on my phone where it said it was delivered. They didn't care. I got my money back and got pizza from Frankie's pizza. Should have ordered from Frankie's to begin with. I will never order from Domino's again. This is the 4th issue I have had this year with them and my order and their customer service sucks. He told me they were very busy, short staffed and that the driver is an old man that doesn't understand the app. Not my problem

I have been a regular customer for many years of this store 7309 SW 107 ave Miami Floridad. My experience has always been excellent. The store is very clean, the preparation area for pizza and other food looks very clean and organized. Employees practices good hygiene and wear clean uniforms. The waiting area to pickup pizza is always clean, excellent customer service, polite and respectful staff. In my own opinion I recommend this store 100% performance, great value for the pizza and reasonable price compared to other pizzeria.
Also, I respectfully would like to see and recommend in the future for Domino pizza to offer a little token of appreciation discount everyday to all military and veterans with proof of military or veterans ID. Just like other stores are doing, such of home depot, lowes, chicken fillet, olive garden, hooters , McDonald's, outback restaurant and garrabas Italian restaurant.

The worst place I have ever visited, terrible service, they barely greet you, if you take 5 minutes to decide on your order they make a bad face and tell you to hurry up, it's horrible, the workers fighting and talking loudly, I gave it one star to be able to comment, but it is not worth it. 0% recommended

Really disappointed. Normally this location is pretty reliable for a quick dinner fix; but today the chicken wings were closer to raw then cooked and were left completely un-eaten to not risk illness. The dough of 3/5 pizzas were undercooked; but to top it all off, after submitting a $5 tip through the app online, the driver tried to hustle us for an additional tip upon delivery. To add insult to injury, their “resolution” to my complaint was 1 free pizza, 20% my next order and whichever selected has to be used within 30 days. When I called to complain, was left on hold and then hung up on. I’m perfectly fine never ordering from here again.
