I ordered a Matcha Tea Latte, took one sip and told that barista I didn't like it. I asked if I could exchange the tea for something else. The barista said that she couldn't exchange the drink. I open the lid to show her that I had only taken one sip and didn't like the tea. She told me that this was their policy and whatever I was going to order to replace the matcha tea would be at full price. I can't fault the employee here as she said she was not the manager and it was not in her power to resolve the situation. Its just a very bad business policy! Loose a customer for life to save on replacing a $5 tea. Customer service is everything and this place clearly does not care about their customers.

It used to be a GREAT place to relax and have excellent organic food and drinks, but now the only lady who attends it has the worst attitude and everything tasted horrible... I am so sad to say that I will never go there again until the owners decide to fix this, sadly the food is horrible now and the drinks even worse, and they take forever. I almost felt like the lady didn't want us there at al... So sad.

Having been here multiple times before COVID closures I was excited to stop back in on my first trip back to the Aventura mall. Unfortunately service and product were far below what they were before. Product. When I purchased the green smoothie and green juice from the coolers they did not have expiration dates on the tags as they are required to have. Upon opening both drinks I was extremely disappointed to taste that both were expired. With Dr. Smood being a $$$ juice one would expect high quality not expired products which not only takes away a large portion of the nutritional benefits we consume juices for, but it quite literally left a sour taste in my mouth. Service: Zero communication. The cashier was sitting using phone when I reached register. Upon seeing me they got up, scanned my products, and waited in silence for me to insert my payment. After payment completed they returned to sit down and get back on phone. No bag was offered for my products. No words were even spoken.

Yum! I had to do a zoom meeting and I choice this quiet cafe area in the mall. I ordered the Golden Milk Latte with Cashew Mylk and the turmeric chicken salad sandwich. So YUMMYYYY and fresh and tasty!! My new go-to spot.

They don't ever pick up the phone. The food delivery has ALWAYS arrived after ETA. The food is barely warm, you need to microwave it. Food was exceptionally sub par for the price. Vegan sandwich was so bland that I had to use the lemon slice to season it. Toast was hard and unforgiving to my gums and teeth. The Maca + Matcha chia pudding was good however.Service was okay, but the employee was late so they did not open on time. Overall, I would not recommend or return.

i can't even give this place a rating it was THAT BAD. i ordered a matcha latte with almond milk and it was absolutely horrible. it tasted like dirt and mud. i love matcha and was really looking forward to this drink and no, i had to drink ground water with pieces of gravel floating around. do not come here for matcha

All of the food and beverages offered at every Dr Smood location are 100% USDA Certified Organic and Kosher, all of the time. Their sandwich meats are organic and their seafood is wild caught. Dr Smood offers many gluten free and vegan options as well. For my initial review of Dr Smood, I ordered the Hawaj Shake, a Vegan Sandwich and the Golden Mylk Latte. The sandwich was perfectly pressed, light and delicious. The latte was smooth and creamy with a lovely turmeric flavor that was not overpowering. The shake was a bit chunky and thick for my liking, but the taste was spot on. It doesn't get at better than this; 100% clean all the time serving super delish food and beverages. Thank you Dr Smood for doing things right!
