I am kind of surprised by the amount of negative reviews on this specific Dunkin' location. It is convenient in the Brickell area and they always have my order ready and correctly too IF I place an order through the mobile app and pick up in advance.

Walking into the store can be a bit of a different story because it is an extremely busy store location and the lines can be long and customers can get frustrated and then something may be missing from your...

This Dunkin’ Donuts provided one of the worst experiences—the service was painfully slow and the staff were unpleasant. I even heard a cashier badmouthing me after they got my order wrong. To top it off, I received a bacon and egg sandwich when I had only ordered egg and cheese

As a former New Yorker, this is the best DD I've ever been to. The sweetest staff, even early in the morning. They never shy away from a proper amount of cream cheese on a bagel either! Thank you for the awesome service.
