This place absolutely sucks I ask for and egg and cheese croissant and they gave it to me with only cheese and only put 3 out of the 6 hash browns they should’ve I’m dissatisfied and they had you wait 10 minutes before getting your food.
I ain’t gone lie I went back in to get another sandwich because y’all forgot the egg on the croissant .why did it take 30 minutes for a sandwich and a hash browns ?someone please send more people to work at this location I wasted my money in vain eating and waiting so long if I could give 0 stars I would because that’s just wrong and you only have three people working at this location .go hire more people and have your employees not so stress out because there understaffed .

This experience was terrible. the line for the drive-thru had 10 cars I assumed it was because of the morning rush. Boy was I wrong. the line inside was short, but then i realized what the issue was; slow service, understaffed, and lack of customer service. and if that was the only thing that would be okay I don't go to fast food places for the service I go there for FAST FOOD. 40 minutes for fast food is diabolical. now the bacon egg and cheese crossaint was pretty good, and so was the sweet black pepper crossaint good as well. but this is where I was so shocked I got COLD hash browns and the avocado toast had bacon that didn't cover the entire area of the toast. at the very least if I had gotten in and out in 5 minutes I wouldn't even care so much I'd just go back and ask for a fresh hash brown order and ask for more bacon but after spending 40 minutes there after going to a Vollyball game for my kid at 7:30 this morning I decided nope I'm just going home. if you're running late, need a quick meal or want HOT has browns, this is not the place to go. NOT APPROVE

I went to this location on 03/14/25, at 1:30pm. Cashier was SO rude, not a “Hello, how are you doing? May I take your order?” Nothing!!!! She just said the total of or order and that’s it. Place was dirty, all the tables with crumbs and the chairs were a disaster. She would just put the drinks in the corner and not call by name, so my husband grabbed the wrong drink, and she yelled saying “That’s not yours!”. Instead of helping or anything, she was just on her phone, with a mean face and mean attitude, will not be going back.
I live 2 blocos away and come here for coffee weekly. Lately i was thinking if stop going there because there was a female worker very rude but then SARA started helping me lately with a smile that made me change my mind. She is kind,professional and besides coffee she gives customers a Brighton Welcome Morning with her Vibrant Atitude.. She deserves to be RECOGNIZED and PROMOTED within Company !

I'm always greeted (good morning). Welcome to Dunkin Donuts. What can I get for you today. I stop every day to get a large hot latte' med expresso and no foam, a small latte' hot no foam, and a dbld shot of an expresso for my father.
They never failed me yet, like I said always the same, well maybe I'll get a ham & cheese croissants. I believe it's store number #: Dunkin 861 Or 312979 Mathew
These are young teenagers who are still in school, and I truly wish you would give them a raise or Honor and compensate them one way or the other. Usually, when you do that, oh, let them place this view on the wall so people will see the good people Dunkin Donuts have working for them. If I had children like these, I'd be so proud of them. Thank you for giving these children a safe and good Dunkin Donuts store environment not only to work but also to continue studying and staying in school. The only DD store. I feel safe going myself as well.
