I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts frequent because my mother lives nearby. Every time I go there’s a problem. Nobody in the store takes 20 minutes in the drive-through with no cars in front of me for somebody to take my order. They tell me to hold on two or three times then they tell me not to drive up to the window until they flag me too. Takes 20 minutes to get your food. Today I tryed to go inside to order my food, person that cash register doesn’t know much English could not take my order needed help which is fine. Maybe she’s new. Then a wait 10 mins, they read off the bag my order I’m assuming everything inside it was right, I get home and the order is completely wrong on top of it. Also taking 10 minutes with only one person in front of me. Every time I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts, it seems like they’re either shorter staff or have plenty of staff, but just takes forever to get your orders if you get it correct!

they always get something wrong no matter how many times I repeat myself. And when I would like it to be corrected, they give me attitude like I’m the one who did something wrong.

I love visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts. They’re so polite. The lobby is always clean and the donuts are fresh.
This Dunkin is probably one of the worst in the area. The staff is friendly but they move extremely slow. You will be in line for 30+ minutes, even if they’re no cars in front of you. They make you stop before arriving at the window, so their time clock won’t run. Also, they burn the hell out of your sandwich and coffee.
