Amazing, fresh, authentic paella. Chef was so nice and accommodating. She was on time and profesional. The little leftover was even better the next day! I will definitely seek her catering again soon!
I have to say this was the best catering paella ever. The food was delicious. We had the Paella Marinera and chicken paella and both they met our expectations. We order them for a family even and there was nothing left for the next day. I highly recommend their service.

The paella and catering service were really excellent, but the most important thing was the warmth of Mercedes and her crew. Very good people. Thank you for making everything turn out well and rich on my birthday!!!
