We reserved a table for 10 for my daughters birthday. Initially they had a table set up for us in the bar area. This was an issue due to my father being deaf and the noise level although wasn't too bad was a lot for him because of his hearing aids . I asked to be moved to a quieter section and the staff was amazing . They went above and beyond to assist us and we ended up with the best waitress. She was on top of everything and made sure we were well taken care of . I believe her name was Marcella . Deylia the manager and the rest of the staff also made this a wonderful birthday for our family making sure all our needs were meet. Thank you for accommodating our request so last minute, you guys are amazing ! N good job with higher ups for hiring such great people 😊 *** apologies if names were mispelled or forgotten , drinks were had as well as good times and some things get forgotten 😅*** again thanks for an amazing family night !

Staff was so sweet! Servers down to the managers are amazing! Denise and Cole were so great to us and offered so many recommendations from the new menu and were both so attentive our entire experience. Earls always holds a special place in our hearts being Canadians here now and they made us feel so much at home thank you!

We were 8 and EVERYONE loved the food. We were in the lounge and took advantage of happy hour. Phenomenal! Great prices on the drinks and the guac and chips were very flavorful. We enjoyed the fish tacos, Korean ribs, and dumplings. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be going back

We love the weekend brunch at Earl's. The food is delicious, the sparkling wine is half off, and the service is excellent.

Casey was an incredible server even though she had an exorbitant amount of tables to serve. The reception is a problem. There are always people waiting and a dozen tables empty, most of them clean. I have a reservation, arrived in time and was still sat 10 min after because everyone just kept walking around.

Youssef Barsam the general manager is amazing . He made us feel like family. The food was amazing . Great place for a special event.

Our server, Maximus, was excellent. He was very attentive and made us feel immediately at home. We noticed he would squat down next to every table to make sure everyone could hear him and felt personally taken care of. When he saw us translating for my grandmother, or when she seemed to have a question, he didn't hesitate to speak to her directly in Spanish to be as helpful as he could. He had great recommendations for drinks and desserts, without hesitation, just after hearing a word or two about our tastes. He was truly the highlight of our time at Earls, even with the food being as great as it was.

honestly one of the best happy hours!! Leah was so amazing as a server and Cami came through for me as my boss really wanted to be here for his bday!!!

A week ago, I left a one-star review after a disappointing experience at Earls. We were surprised with a significantly higher bill due to a price adjustment that wasn’t clearly communicated when an upgrade was suggested. It felt like a break in the trust we had built over years of being regular guests.

I’m updating this review because someone from Earls’ leadership team Josie reached out to us with genuine care,professionalism, and accountability. They acknowledged the situation, took it seriously, and offered a thoughtful gesture to make things right.
But more than that, they opened a real conversation about how to improve communication moving forward and that means a lot.

I also want to highlight that our server that day was truly excellent warm, respectful, and attentive throughout. The miscommunication wasn’t about attitude or effort, and I sincerely hope it’s seen as a learning opportunity, not a personal fault. It’s clear they have a bright future in hospitality.

Mistakes happen what defines a place is how they respond. In this case, Earls responded with integrity, and that deserves recognition. We’re looking forward to visiting again and experiencing the care that made us loyal guests in the first place.
