I went for happy hour at Earls on a Friday and has a lovely time. My waitress Eva was super helpful and knew everything about the menu. It is a great spot for a Friday night dinner

We came to Earls Kitchen + Bar to celebrate Jessica's birthday, and the entire staff made it such a special night. They all signed a birthday card for her, and our server Jess went above and beyond; she took group photos for us, gave great recommendations, and even joined in when they sang Happy Birthday. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The food was delicious, the drinks were truly craft, and the overall vibe made it a perfect celebration. Highly recommend!

Have been to Earls and specifically this location many times and the food is always fantastic. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Service is usually great as well but this particular visit however the service was really not there. Not sure if the server was new or just having an off night but through the whole dinner it was one thing after another. It took some time before we were able to put in a drink order and an even longer time before we placed our food order our drinks were already done. We ordered an appetizer and also put in our entree order at the same time since we could see the service was going to be an issue. The first issue happened when our friends entree got delivered with our appetizer so she basically had her meal alone while we ate the app. The server had put in her meal and app together rather than sending the app and then entrees all together. We then ordered a second round of drinks and also asked for waters since we were never brought any and 2/3 drinks showed up, no waters and a single sprite no one ordered. Seems the runner grabbed the incorrect drink. For my entree, I had ordered the blackened chicken and wanted a side caesar salad. Somehow when our meals finally arrived they brought a side Caesar and a southwest chicken salad which no one had ordered. It was clearly rung in incorrectly. The server did apologize, however, as everything had taken so long as is, I just opted to eat the side Caesar and had her bring chicken for the top as I didn't want to wait for a new entree. Dessert was fine, but when we asked for the check of course it was incorrect and incorrectly entered items were still on it. The server corrected it and the when it came time to pay, checking the machine the amount to charge was still incorrect which she then had to correct again. No manager or anything came to speak with the table which seemed odd as well given all the mishaps. Earls is a great place this visit just was not great.

Thank you Grace for the amazing experience at E.K.B. You were knowledgeable, attentive, and service was superb. We had a 10:45am service so no crowd at all. Food and drinks came out timely.

Their Passion fruit margaritas are the best in town! No one makes it better than they do! Love all their salads and the Brunch menu has a great selection. Their service is always excellent.

Service was horrible! After we were seated waited 20 min to just get water at our table. Server took another 20 min to take our order! Service was extremely slow. After ordering sangria our server came back and told us they were out of this drink- this was 1:30pm. Food was good however service was very slow and server disengaged! Not a great experience!

Manager josie was so friendly and helpful making sure we had the best birthday celebration. Alwx our server was absolutely fenomenal with food and drink recommendations

It is not our first time but this time a few things that we wanted to order were not available. Starters: Avocado Dip & Shrimp & Pork Dumplings. Then at the end no coffee available. Server said the machine was broken. It was a downer. Otherwise, the food we did get was delicious. Starter: Cobb Salad Mains: Salmon Truffle Tortellini w/Sirlon Desert: Crème Brûlée Cheesecake.

My server was the absolute best. So attentive and funny where me and my partner could not stop talk about her. Food is delicious!!!

Terrible. Over an hour wait and when I said I had a reservation they rejected it and said they were going off the waitlist

I put that I was proposing to my now Fiance and they set up a nice table with champagne and flowers and a nice cheesecake that was to die for. Earls has always been one of my favorite spots and they just made a memory more magical.

My party and I had such a great dining experience tonight with Amanda. She was absolutely amazing. So attentive, kind, and professional throughout the entire experience. She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Also Rosario, the manager, checked in on us multiple times and made sure we were well taken care of. The combination of her outstanding service and Rosario's leadership truly made the experience exceptional. Highly recommend!
