Restaurant is beautiful. You don't feel like you're in a mall. Our only hiccup: we had two large tables in our party. One sat by the bar, one sat by the kitchen. The server for the by the bar table was the best. Fast service, very attentive, great food, separate checks no problem. The server by the kitchen was great until he said he couldn't do separate checks. We sought a second opinion from a manager since it was just completed with no difficulty by a server. The manager provided some backend info and lack of communication on their part reasoning, but none of it rang true because of the separate check experience with our other table. Equally upsetting is that the manager seemed to be scolding the server who did our separate checks with no issue. In the end after about a 20 minute delay, we were able to do separate checks, but the way in which it was handled needs to be improved.

We had an amazing experience celebrating a friend's birthday! Our server, Michael, truly went above and beyond to make the night special. The manager, Katie, also stopped by to check on us and made sure we were enjoying ourselves, which we really appreciated. Exceptional service all around—such a great experience, and we will definitely be coming back!

We have come to Earls a few times but today we were blown away by Niska who sat us down but was so attentive to our party with kids. She made sure we had our table set up properly and everything. Our server Genesis was amazing as always! It was our second time with her and she again provided incredible service and attention. When the service and staff provide such an incredible experience as this, we want to keep coming back and referring our friends and family to come here.

I had the most wonderful brunch experience thanks to our server, Allyze. She was incredibly attentive, engaging, and genuinely kind from start to finish. You can tell she works incredibly hard and truly cares about making every guest feel welcomed and taken care of. Her energy and attention to detail made our visit so memorable, and it honestly elevated the entire brunch.

I also want to give a huge shoutout to Josie, the manager, and her amazing management team. They were just as wonderful — professional, kind, and clearly running a great operation. You can truly feel the positive environment they create.

If you’re planning a visit, I highly recommend asking for Allyze — she’s truly one of a kind. We’ll definitely be coming back because of the outstanding service all around!
