In my Opinion

3 things on the very small menu not available. The cashier was fantastic! Pleasant and friendly under the stress of customers.

The food was fine, but very rude cashier behind the counter. Wouldn't look up from his phone, stopped taking my order because he needed to share a text with the other workers, asked me if I really wanted to my change because he didn't feel like counting it. No name tag so couldn't tell you who it was.

Other Einstein locations are amazing but this might be the worst pizza bagel I’ve had in my life. I specifically asked for them not to lay my bagel on top of each other, as you can see, they listened really well…. all the toppings were overloaded to one overly soggy side of the bagel. Not even hot sauce could save this disgusting mess. I had to toss it.

I would be incredibly disappointed to fly into a new place and have this be my first introduction to this brand. We ordered drip coffee and a bagel. The bagel came. After a few more minutes we inquired about the coffee. They started with "We gave it to you." Then they continued with, "Why you be just standing there waiting and not just say something?" Are you kidding? That's not my job. Maybe actually do yours. The only reason this place continues to operate is because of the high volume they get by being in an airport. There is no way the actual company cares about the image they present here.

Terrible service. They made me an iced tea by steeping a tea bag with hot water in a plastic cup and which leaches chemicals in the water.

Worst staff... This can run only because it is in Airport as folks just stop by anyway. Order is given for cold beverage and they took the order as hot clearly because the cashier is not attentive at all. After they served hot beverage when pointed out the response is rude and finally they dropped some ice cubes and served the same beverage.. Never ever I had experienced such low service levels and such rude staff behavior.. I wish the entire chain get closed if they can't fix the issues reported just because they are making money any way from this store

If I was able to give no stars for the experience I had at this horrible place , I would. I am a federal officer who works at the airport and this was my second time getting the "all nighter sandwich" from this place and the first time I visited there , it wasn't bad at all until last week when I went there the second time and I haven't been there in months. I was on my 30 minute lunch break and it was nowhere near the area I worked but I still went there to get the all the nighter sandwich that I haven't had in months. The guy who was at the register was being slick in the mouth taking my order but I didn't let it bother me and I still placed my order because I was the only person there so I went to the restroom which was literally next door. I come back and there were about 5 other people there. The lady in the back was saying two orders she shouted out "Sabrina?".. then not a second later I heard her specifically shout out "all nighter?" And I took the sandwich and I heard the lady call "all nighter" again and I backed up and asked her "is this the all nighter sandwich?" And she literally shook her head yes and so I left. I returned back to try to let the cashier (the guy) know that this wasn't my sandwich and when I came back he didn't even let me speak. He started yelling at me saying "IS YOUR NAME SABRINA ?!! IS YOUR NAME SABRINA?!" And I was so shocked and confused and I said "no? I-" and he cuts me off and began to yell some more saying "SO WHY WOULD YOU GRAB SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T BELONGS TO YOU?!! I HAD TO GIVE THE OTHER LADY YOUR SANDWICH" and he snatched the other sandwich that I had with such hostility. And I tried explaining to him that it was a mistake and he continued to expose the terrible customer service that he has and yells " you need to take off your headphones and fucking listen then" , which by the way, I wasn't listening to any music as I clearly was one , coming out the restroom and two , trying to hear for my food. And then he continues to yell at me and front of a passenger he calls me "dumb". And I immediately had enough and said "NO , you're DUMB!" And he just kept yelling to the where two people he worked with had to tell him to stop going back and forth with me. He finally stopped. He yelled so much at me that he needed to take a sip of water as he was pacing up and down as if he wanted to fight me and he did a "good job" defending all the bagels in the world. This is the type of people Einstein bagel bros are hiring and I'm sure he's still there doing the same nasty crap. He needs to be fired. I am sick of disrespectful people who works in food customer service and think it is okay to speak to people this way. It was an honest mistake of grabbing the wrong sandwich. The lady was saying the Sabrina name since I walked out the restroom and I ended up walking past the cashier guy and he belligerently said " stupid people don't know their fucking names". And then when I came up the lady said "all nighter" and I thought to myself that I came out the restroom right on time. There was also another young lady next to me filling up the drinks and I asked her as the dude kept yelling at me that "do they ask for names ?" And she said yes but I informed her that he didn't even ask me my name. I assume because he saw I worked at the airport that he didn't need my name smh. I work at the airport as I stated and I had my name "Natalie" since birth , so why in the world that day I decided to be Sabrina and grab that dry ass sandwich is beyond me. Like I said , it was a honest mistake grabbing a sandwich that I asked for Confirmation if it was mine as well as miscommunication between all parties. I was disrespected over a sandwich. I am literally scared for my life as he tried following me to the bathroom on another day when coming into work. Over literally a sandwich! This other

Hire better people who actually want to work. You hire rude people who do not wanna work. They shouldnt be getting paid $18 to not want to work. The hiring manager needs to learn to pick better employees.

Terrible place to eat. Slow workers, slow service, no organization, no leadership. I plan on avoiding this place like the plague.

Fire all them. Slow and lazy service, bro has to get smarter & retrain bro how to make a sandwich. Why I waited 30 minutes for ham and Swiss? It's 3 ingredients and it was literally the first and only order on the board when the line started. When the order was wrong I asked nicely for them to correct it and man says "I didn't even make it"... like what?? I don't care who made it. Don't you work here?

I've eaten at abother Einstein bagels in Texas before and they've were excellent, but late at the airport in Miami 3 hours after eating a salmon bagel with capers and some weak ass coffee that was basically colored water, I was shooting similar liquid out my rear end. Bagel tasted good, maybe salmon was bad or Ex-Lax in the coffee??? Circumstance is not proof... but there is no good excuse for that weak ass coffee. Seems to be no quality control. In this case you don't get what you pay for $$$$... just what they have left.
