Other Einstein locations are amazing but this might be the worst pizza bagel I’ve had in my life. I specifically asked for them not to lay my bagel on top of each other, as you can see, they listened really well…. all the toppings were overloaded to one overly soggy side of the bagel. Not even hot sauce could save this disgusting mess. I had to toss it.
I would be incredibly disappointed to fly into a new place and have this be my first introduction to this brand. We ordered drip coffee and a bagel. The bagel came. After a few more minutes we inquired about the coffee. They started with "We gave it to you." Then they continued with, "Why you be just standing there waiting and not just say something?" The food was fine, but very rude cashier behind the counter. Wouldn't look up from his phone, stopped taking my order because he needed to share a text with the other workers, asked me if I really wanted to my change because he didn't feel like counting it. No name tag so couldn't tell you who it was.
