I was the only one left waiting for my order which was literally just a bagel with lots of cream cheese (yes they charged me extra for that), which was quite ridiculous given there had only been 3 other people in the store, all which came after me. The only two workers were slow and rude, and also confused. They gave me someone else’s order despite me being the only one left waiting.
It's not customer friendly. Don't change convenience for customer interaction. The only option is to order from a Kiosk. Companies think there saving $$ by this. Though in reality it's a disservice to the people that work for them and purchase food from them.
Probably the worst Einsteins I’ve been to. Coffee is burnt and bitter. Bagel sandwich cold and not toasted. Disappointing for a place that I find to be typically consistent.
