I am at MIA awaiting my departing flight and I saw La Pausa in the corner of the food court. I did a quick search online and saw great reviews.
I walked in and took a seat at the bar. I was immediately noticed and was told the bartender would be here soon.

For an airport restaurant, it was surprisingly delicious. We ordered the seafood entree (cole slaw was awesome) and the smash burger.
Wayyyyy overpriced though and the server was super weird. And they tried to sneak in an 18% gratuity for a party of three, super deceitful with no apparent or up front warning.
