The milanesa was the best we’ve had in the states. The staff and especially Yael were so accommodating. They allowed us to stay and watch a World Cup match to cap off our perfect Miami trip.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. It used to be my favorite place to eat when I lived in Miami, so when I returned, I was eager to try it again. However, I was disappointed by the lack of hospitality. As soon as I entered, I was greeted with silence. I approached the person at the counter to ask for a table, the entire restaurant was empty except for 1 table. They couldn’t accommodate me, as apparently the whole restaurant was reserved . It was clear that they didn’t value basic manners and customer service. I won’t be returning to this place ever again.

Very disappointing experience. As soon as we walked in, the waitress seemed to be in a bad mood and was unfriendly while seating us. Later, one of my young children was standing in the walkway, and instead of politely asking him to move, she rudely told him to get out of the way. A little kindness and patience, especially with families and children, would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the service made us feel unwelcome.

I found the beef milanesa to be disappointing given the high ratings of this place. The flavor only came from the marinara and cheese on top, the crust and the beef itself had little to no flavor and the meat seemed pretty thin.

Sweet potatoes and pineapple juice were delicious, and the service and atmosphere were great.
