This place is always a hit. There is always great quality and a variety of selections of food to select from. We ordered pernil, Moro and calabaza, omg!!!! Really good. We also had mamey juice and guarapo, soooo delicious. It’s a must try in Miami. The prices were also really great, we spent $27 with tips and all. 🩷
Great food, as usual, but getting way too expensive comparing to what it used to be a couple of years ago. Of course, nobody speaks any English, but that’s OK for Miami.

Yummy food but the service from those women at the shake station are so rude and disrespectful. They can choose to ignore you and not see you while you're the only one standing there. Even when you stand right in their face, they go somewhere else just to not take your order. I don't think I'll be going to this place anymore.

In the Juice section horrible attention. Cubans employees (all) refused to do fresh orange juices and want to force you to take the one previously made with a clear say: you take it or not.
The Manager of the Juice section think he is bad boy always unprepared and with a terrible attitude.

I went to order a large rice with chicken (arroz con pollo) and Maduro to take to Smart Plastic Surgery for the staff to enjoy. I paid $100 for it and I was so embarrassed because the food was rotten. It smelled bad and I called to report it. They all acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and asked for my number to have the “manager” call me back to refund. It has been a year and I have yet to hear from anyone . What a shame, request *fresh and always check and smell good before leaving the restaurant.
