Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Location
I have repeatedly experienced rude and unprofessional service at this location, but my most recent visit was the final straw. I ordered a green juice and simply requested that it be strained—something I am paying for and should receive as requested. Instead, the employees, Yaritza, Netty, and other employees, refused, giving multiple excuses, first claiming they had "other customers to attend to" and then contradicting themselves by saying they "don't strain juices."
When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was none available. How is a business running without management present to handle customer concerns? The lack of professionalism, refusal to accommodate basic requests, and overall dismissive attitude from the staff are completely unacceptable.
If you value respect, quality service, and getting what you pay for, I strongly advise avoiding this location. I will be sharing my experience on social media to make others aware of the type of treatment customers can expect here.

I had a great experience. The service is wonderful. The lady who helped me was very friendly and nice. She was very fast. The food was delicious. I asked for a “completa” with congris, pulled pork, and fried plantains. Absolutely amazing. They have many other food options that are excellent. Great variety and value for the price. They also offer juice, desserts, and other tropical fruits. We are outside and everything was clean and organized. Recommend 100%.
