If I could give them a million stars, I would! I hosted our work holiday party a couple of days ago and boy, did they make me look good! We ordered a lechon with sides and a seafood paella. They were both incredible! Chef Gio is the best, bringing everything themselves (including enough staff) to finish off the lechon and they prepare the paella right there in front of your guests which is great entertainment. They presented the food in a beautiful manner and cleaned everything...
