As a longtime customer of Cafe Britt, I was so upset with the poor customer service on my last order in February 2025. For years, I have bought 15 or 20 bags of Cafe Britt's delicious Costa Rican coffee without problems. It usually arrives within two days because it ships from near Miami International Airport. But this time, that didn't happen. Instead, my order wasn't filled for almost a week, and when I emailed and called Cafe Britt, I was told the U.S. Post Office had not recorded...read full review
It's a warehouse, not a store, but if you ring the door and ask to buy coffee they will happily selll you. The coffees are all top quality Costa Rican beans, I recommend the Tarrazu.
