Staying right next door, so of course I had to stop in for my usual Starbucks drink! ☕😂 The person who took my order was super friendly, the shop was clean, and my drink was made quickly and tasted delicious. Great experience all around!
Rainy whether with good service, nice employees.
Let me just say, it takes a lot for me to review a place. But the service was so astonishing, I just had to! Keyla, the barista who took, and provided my order, was helpful, kind, and had wonderful customer service skills. I ordered a Matcha Protein Latte, and let me tell you, it was sooooo yummy! The Starbucks Coffee Company location receives mixed reviews. The drive thru area is clean and considered perhaps their best feature, with super nice people working it. However, the staff is not friendly at all at times, making customers feel like they are in their way. The service is exemplary, and the team consistently goes above and beyond to make visits feel welcoming. Orders are handled with care, and the overall vibe is great. The only thing was the register at drive thru was down, requiring apple/google payments to provide the phone to the employee. This should not be happening. The sugar cream station returned, but cinnamon, chocolate, and vanilla powders never came back. One customer was scolded by Victoria for using cinnamon powder on the receiving counter. It is never too busy, and if you miss the driveway, you can enter after the Shell via a back road behind the hotel. Getting a quick drink before work is loved, and if something is not available, employees let customers know of other alternatives.
