“Wow!!! I thought I have had some of the best BBQ around the country. Kansas City, Texas. This place blew them out of the water. Everything was exceptional. Ribs Brisket Sides. “Really good selection and really nice staff. For some reason, I thought these were made to order. But as I was leaving, they were coming in with a huge tray that was already made up and had the stamp on it. Still would go back though.“

“We called ahead as we wanted to make sure about parking and also we had a small dog. We received a very warm positive response. There was lots of parking and our dog could be easily accommodated We came for brunch and were greeted very warmly by Juan and staff. It’s just a very nice place, coming from downtown Miami. It is still in the artsy district with lots of activity, but not right in the chaotic part of downtown Miami. We were greeted upon arrival. Juan made sure we were comfortable and took drink orders. Then the food. ( our dog was royally taken care of). We found the empanada to be excellent, the breakfast sandwiches delicious from bread to cheese, eggs and meat. Very fresh!! Our party had wonderful juice combinations and we had an expresso- all were excellent. It was a wonderful experience and we’d come back in a minute. Thankyou Juan!! PS the bathrooms were absolutely wonderful and clean too!!❤️❤️“

“The best coffee near MIA! Miami Coffee, directly across from the Aloft Hotel, is a lifesaver. Our coffees were incredible, and we have to give major props to Fernanda for her amazing skills. She made our morning! Highly recommend. Oh and they also offer empanadas they look pretty good. We’ll try them on the next visit.“

“It was pouring down rain and needed to use the bathroom, I walked in and despite one person being ordering at the counter ,the staff young lady acknowledged me right away, that’s a first good impression.Finished my thing. “I really like this place for Colombian food. It’s fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. So many restaurants in Miami are overrated and not good quality, but that is not the case here. We used to come here regularly when we lived in Miami. We’ve moved to a different town now, but still try to stop here when we are in town.“

“Came across this place when our original plans fell through. Cute little place with chill vibes. The guava / coconut pound cake was so yummy! Also got the bacon, egg and cheese croissant which was perfect! Loved that they use bacon crumbles in the eggs! So crispy and delicious! The beef empanadas were really good too! Definitely planning on going back to try out their lunch items.“

I'm looking forward to coming back soon and trying it again, and I will change this review, I also bought the HALLACA and will try it today. Thanks to Zulay, she's very good as a customer service, attentive, and a good attitude with a nice smile, and she always appreciated it. “This place has been open since the 1970, and I used to come to the original location with my parents all the time. When that original spot closed and yesterday we saw this location, I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical. But wow it completely surprised me in the best way.

The food tasted exactly like my childhood memories. The same flavors, the same quality, and that comforting, authentic Cuban taste I remember so well. The crema de queso were flavorful and creamy, the Cuban sandwich was amazing, and the Cuban pizza was just as delicious as I remembered.

It’s not easy to recreate that kind of nostalgia, but they truly did. So grateful this place is still keeping those flavors alive. Highly recommend!“
