the menu said they had a vegan flatbread, so i asked the cashier what made it vegan and he said vegan cheese and just veggies and some plantains. it was as good as it sounded!

The absolute perfect pick me up to grab and go at miami airport. My go-to is the ropa vieja bowl and a cortadito because why not?! Delicious, home-cooked taste that far exceeds any airport food! Plus, service is amazing. Alejandro attended me and was so kind. This will be my stop when at MIA airport.
Alejandro is fascinating, with a very positive attitude, and ready to help clients with their needs. A little nice joint here at the Miami airport. The coffee flavor is simply amazing.
