Fig & Fennel in the Miami airport offers a delightful experience for travelers seeking quick and fresh meals. I was pleasantly surprised to discover this gem, where I could conveniently grab a salad to go. The lettuce was refreshingly crisp and the chicken was exceptionally flavorful. This is my go to every time I’m at MIA, which is at least a dozen times a year. DELICIOUS and fresh. Some of the best airport food I’ve eaten anywhere. The roasted veggie and chicken salad is outstanding. The portion is large so even at $16 I get two meals out of it (and yes I carry the rest to my destination if I don’t finish it, it’s that good).
