One of the best burger spots! I’ve visited Fat boy Rick’s over 5 times and they are very consistent! The food is always good and fresh! The truffle fries are so addicting. I highly recommend getting the Lau Smash or the Friday burger. So yummy!

I went to Fat Boy Rick’s and ordered two burgers, one order of fries, and pastelitos. The fries were good, and the burgers were decent, but there was clear false advertising — both burgers were supposed to come with cheese, and neither of them did.
What really disappointed me were the pastelitos. I barely write reviews, but this genuinely irked me. They were nothing like what was advertised or what a pastelito should be. It was literally hamburger buns cut into four pieces with some sauce in the middle. I paid $4 for what was basically hamburger bread with bland sauce, and I had to force myself to eat it.
On top of that, for two burgers, one fry, and a dessert, it came out to about $50 — which is pretty high for a food truck. And to make it worse, they were mad stingy with the sauces. We asked for some, and they hesitated, then handed over a tiny, barely filled container. Like, what was that?
Overall, I wasn’t wowed. I would’ve rather gone somewhere else. In the middle of no where too!
Actually, you’re LYING — we did not receive cheese on the burgers. And the sauce wasn’t even filled all the way. We could’ve asked for more, I’m not denying that, but that’s not the point. I also mentioned I ordered two burgers, but okay.
I was just trying to warn the public, not bash you. Reviews are meant to help you improve, but clearly you can’t take criticism. And again… the burgers had NO cheese.
Also, your desserts are disgusting — completely false advertisement. Your location is also gross the tables were dirty and it’s ugly. Stay mad.

This place is amazing staff are super friendly and burgers are A1 the pricing is reasonable probably a few dollars more expensive then McDonald’s I go every Saturday and I continue to return don’t listen to the negative reviews 9 out of 10 times they’re Karen’s that have something to complain about even when they go to a 5 star restaurant!

I absolutely adore Fat Boy Ricks! The first time my boyfriend and I went, we were absolutely blown away by how good the food is. So much so, that we went back again the day after and the food was just as good as it was the first time. Now, we've been back a good handful of times and each time the food was amazing! Well seasoned burgers and awesome fries that are super crispy. My only complaints would be the wait time and the lack of extra sauces for burgers and fries, but those aren't bad enough to deter a visit. If you're looking for your next burger spot to try, I'd highly recommend this place!

MY GOD ABSOLUTELY THE BEST BURGER I'VE HAD IN QUTE SOME TIME🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 WHISKEY BURGER WITH BACON IN MIAMI
My family love this food truck. We order from here at least twice a month and the food is always delicious and served quickly. I Uber eats and get the BOGO deal. Maybe I'll ask at the truck if the sale applies on site but in any case I highly recommend this place. They always get my other correct which my kids enjoy since they don't like all the toppings. Keep up the great work!

My husband and I had the menudo and it was absolutely delicious! The flavor was rich and authentic with just the right amount of spice. The bread on the side paired perfectly and made the meal even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great bowl of menudo!
One and done at this place. Burgers barely have any cheese. Had to add more cheese at home. Also, this was an Ubereats order. It was very misleading because the pictures of the burgers show fries, yet the burgers did not come with fries. Who orders burgers without fries. $15 for a burger without fries is a ripoff.
