Just ate here on 05/12/24. But let me just say this . The food is truly delicious. Best dang carbonara I’ve ever had, waiter was good as well. But when I had gotten my bill. There was an automatic 20% gratuity tacked onto my bill. I inquired about it and was told it’s spread amongst hotel and restaurant staff and the server doesn’t fully get it.
