First Watch is a delightful restaurant that consistently serves fresh and incredible food. Their maple bacon is a standout, and their quinoa power bowl is amazing. The food is spectacular and very filling, with good portions that come quickly. While wait times can be long, the excellent service and courteous staff make it well worth the wait. The staff is super friendly and nice, always checking to make sure everything is good. The restaurant is known for its mint chocolate chip coffee and consistently great food, with many vegetarian options available. However, the atmosphere can get really loud and noisy, making it hard to enjoy conversations. The space is also very cramped, which might be challenging for wheelchair accessibility. Despite this, it remains a popular spot for breakfast.
