Just had brunch here. The waiter was nice; my wife and I thought the food was decent, but my son did not like his breakfast burger after taking two bites. He didnt want anything else on the menu so the waiter took the burger back. I rarely ever send anything back because I know that people exploit restaraunts in that way, but he genuinely did not like it.
I was presented with the bill $100 + for 3 entrees and a coffee which is what I expect to spend, although the $30 bad burger was still on the bill.
The waiter said there was nothing wrong with it and I kindly asked him if he could remove it since we did not consume that item. He went back to the manager and the manager said that it wasn't coming off the bill. I did not argue, paid the bill and tipped an additional 20% for the waiter.
I'm not someone who sends items back, but I would imagine that standard operating procedure is to remove the item if it was not any good and non consumed. Atleast this would be the procedure if you value returning customers.
There is a much better brunch place 700 ft away on biscayne Blvd called crema gourmet. Try that place instead of Flora.

Supa fluffy French toast, and the avo toast is just amazing! Creamy avocado and that corn. In the French toast the passion fruit is so creamy! Best brunch ever. Even drew the French toast !

A fantastic restaurant. I was skeptical at first but When they brought me in, the atmosphere is great, music is amazing, goes with the vibe of the restaurants, service is fantastic they Always checking if your meal is great. I ordered sourdough bread with smoked salmon and half an avocado. Not knowing this is gonna be the best meal I’ll ever have. So many delicious flavors, the sourdough bread was perfectly toasted with some kind of butter that put the whole meal together. They have a lot of drink drinks, but the one that popped out to me was a natural juice called LEARN this drink comes with watermelon, strawberry, lime, and mint compliments to whoever made it. Because you made my day. It put my whole meal together I had a fantastic meal five stars. If you were looking for a restaurant to relax and eat very well please come FLORA Thank you for the great flavors and food!

We came for the first time as vegans and didn’t have the best experience. There were only 2 vegan options (acai and yogurt) but we came hungry. We wanted to make some modifications in order to have more options but the manager wasn’t trying to be accommodating and help us sub eggs and cheese for cheaper greens. Everything would’ve been extra. We thought they care about vegans but it unfortunately doesn’t seem like it. I’m not gonna pay for a slice of bread and avocado $22. Plus service wasn’t the best, had to get up and call someone to help each time
