Delicious cookies but the wait is a bit too long.

This is by far the best ice cream in Miami. They have so many flavors I didn't know what to choose. They have 8 speciality options. I would've had them all if I thought I could've finished them but I ordered 5 they were all great. I had my 3 year old boy with me and he had so much fun playing the arcade games there. He won a SpongeBob on the crane machine and was riding the airplane singing the songs. He wasn't happy we had to leave. I will be back every week.

Good strawberries and chocolate. Overpriced yes. They were training when I went there. It was hard to communicate since they don’t speak English.

The ice cream is really delicious and creamy, but the service I received was terrible. The person who helped us didn’t hesitate to question our order with another employee, and did so in a very disrespectful way. I’m definitely not coming back, especially after being treated like that. This is not a place I would recommend. Super disappointed with this place.

I've ordered this through UberEats two different times an hour before closing. More than enough time to make one singular ice cream. They hold the order, do not complete it, but let the UberEats order ride out until the driver has to cancel it. It's happened twice already. -10000 for not cancelling the order on their end when they have no intention of fulfilling it.

It went from selling only ice scream, to then cookies, and now Cuban Pizza. I had been there before and there nitrogen ice cream is pretty good but a bit expensive. I was passing by the area and saw a sign that said bogo. I went in and to my suprise they then tell me its not being honored atm because its only certain times in the day they offer that deal. She told me the sign outside clearly said it, but yeah, no, it didnt. I dont like being lied to and dont like it when places advertise something and then not honor it.

Very expensive! Over $11 for a regular size with two toppings. No listed prices anywhere. You don’t know the price until check out. The ice cream was just so so, pasty in consistency with only fair taste.
I’ve been to much better nitrogen ice cream parlors, and don’t plan on returning to this one.
