The mood and ambience of the restaurant is really stunning. I was disappointed to have made a reservation at 10:15 and wait until 11:00 to finally get seated only because I had to go to the host stand and alert them to an open table. As we got seated we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for our server Jose P to acknowledge us. When he did finally come to the table the service was few and far between, we ordered a first round of drinks at this time. Every moment felt as though he was trying to rush us through our experience to a restaurant that my partner and I really wanted to enjoy for our anniversary which we listed on our reservation. The food was amazing we had the wagyu dumplings and oysters for our appetizers. My partner had the filet mignon and I had the Maine lobster with spaghetti, which took a while to come out, I had to get the attention of another server to see what was taking so long my food to come out. When Jose P does finally come back I ask to look at the drink menu before my food arrived. He doesn’t come back until the end of my meal, at that point I don’t even want to order a drink. Lastly the valet tried to overcharge for valet stating it’d be $40 when on their website they say valet is $20. All that being said the food was really good but I do not see myself going back strictly because of service from a place that prides itself as a luxury dining experience.

The hostess & whoever answered the phone were great, we went on a Sunday night & had a reservation for 8pm but were running late & she didn’t give us any issues even after the 15min grace period; granted it was a Sunday night. We were seated on the rooftop area, not the indoor black & white area. I assume it was because it’s a Sunday & it wasn’t as busy. Therefore, it didn’t have nothing special, it was just a dimmed restaurant, on Sundays they don’t do the shows only Thursdays but they have a DJ.
Ok, so I ordered the Caesar salad to start, it was EXTREMELY salty, like extremely!!!! Then my friend had the wagyu dumplings & they were just ok. Nothing special about it. I had the fried whole snapper which they basically make into bites, they were well seasoned to the point that they were TOO seasoned, like it was overly seasoned. My friend had the lobster spaghetti & she said it was like ragú sauce with spaghetti & lobster on the side. It didn’t come together as one.
Our server; she was just okay. Like she asked us how was our food & we told her & she basically was like “oh okay, so are you finished” referring to removing our plates off the table. I had ordered a side of mash & it was okay, I took 2 spoons of it & left it. There was this other server that served the table next to us & when our salad came he quickly came & was very jolly & interactive, & actually served our salad for us. Our server she asked everyone else if they were celebrating anything but didn’t ask us; very weird. She wasn’t rude or anything but just didn’t give us no 10/10 service at all for the amount of money we paid. I had heard good reviews about the food but was highly disappointed. Honestly not sure what happened. Definitely would not go back which is so so sad cause we were excited to eat. Anyway, thank you to those that did make an impact on this not so 10/10 night.
Parking: Valet will tell you $20 to park it in the “back” & $40 to keep it in the front then if you choose the $20 option he’ll back like well it’s going to take like 15 minutes when you want your car.

Service and vibe was great. Bri was so friendly, and knew exactly what to recommend and gave us great attention even though it was super busy. Food was okay, nothing out of this world. The sponge cake dessert was delicious. I’m sure there’s better restaurants out there in Miami but the vibe, music, and service were great especially if you’re looking for a place just for classy place for drinks.

Giselle is nice, though I noticed the food portions have downsized since my first visit, particularly the Lobster Pasta. The food is a bit pricey, but hey, it’s Miami — you’re paying for the experience. For three people, our bill came out to $350.
I’d recommend trying the Raspberry Lemon Drop, the Lobster Pasta, and the Mac n Cheese — all were great! Valet parking is $20.
Our waiter, Greg, was phenomenal and very attentive — definitely a highlight of the evening.

Mariah our server was so warm, bubbly, informative, and welcoming ! Our favorite part of the meal was the branzino crudo. Their crisp menu is the real deal. We also enjoyed the snapper and sea bass . If you’re into the miami club vibe this is a fun restaurant to pre-game at.

Here is a new version incorporating your comment, keeping the edge:
“The attention is wonderful, true, and on the inside it even has its charm, but on the outside it is a disaster that doesn't fool anyone. Of course, nothing compensates for the most expensive and greasy fry I have ever paid for. Expensive and bad, unless you take a chance with a $500 dish—which we didn't dare order in a warehouse that still smells like an industrial estate.

Food is so mediocre for an upscale place. Very little flavor. If you want the scene and photos for your insta, this is your place. Foodies stay away.

The ambiance and food are excellent, but the wait time, even with a reservation, is quite unreasonable. During our last visit, we had a reservation but still waited 47 minutes for our table. Aside from that, everything else was spot on.

Pick up the dang phone please!! Been trying to reach the host desk for over two hours and according to your voice recording they should be available
Honestly, this place was definitely a let down regarding the food. The Waygu beef dumplings aren’t good, the salmon roll was fishy and the snapper was eh.
On the plus side, the atmosphere in this restaurant is pretty cool It’s a solid place to get a drink.

If you are looking for a place for ambience this is it. I got the skirt steak $60 which was good and rather small in portion (no sides). My partner ordered a fish meal $60 which came out with a huge fish body w/ the head and 4/5 little pieces of fish sticks/fingers (see below). Unfortunately the body of the huge fish was basically bone aka a waste of dish. He got two drinks, fries, and a dessert. Overall the fish was a disappointment. The staff was nice and the DJ lady definitely was doing her thing. If I was in town for longer I’d ask which party she will go to next.
