First I want to say how kind, responsive, and professional Erika is. My order was somewhat last minute and Erika still personally kept me updated throughout the entire process. I’ve been ordering cakes from Erika for 5+ years. They’re sooo tasty and different than any other cake out there. She is punctual and communicative. I will continue to order from her for years to come. My favorite cake is the strawberry shortcake!
