You can tell that Erika is a very talented baker and puts 100% effort into every order. Her business caught my eye because she really gives you the authentic, homemade look. Not only did the pictures show this, but the flavors were unmatched and made me feel like I was eating a cake from my grandmothers kitchen again. Delicious is an understatement! Strawberry shortcake is my absolute favorite and the only thing I would ever change is the whipped cream. To my pleasant surprise, Erika uses cream cheese and that alone made my day! Between the cream cheese, the moist cake that stayed fresh for a week, and the freshly cut strawberries, I couldn’t ask for anything better.
