It’s closed for good.
The worst customer service in Brickell. The attendant who works there in the morning is rude and helpless. Doesn't even pack your order for you properly. Please find someone else who is attentive and understands customer service.

Food is good, BUT the people who work there are TERRIBLE. I sat down outside, asked the waiter to share the WiFi password, and instead of just saying: Graniermiami, she told me to go inside and look for the sign myself.I had to pack my computer, carry my food inside with my things (outside was not safe to leave your stuff alone), ask again for the password, pointed out a tiny sign, and go back. In the meantime, trying to manage everything, I hit the fridge door and my food ended up on the floor. One simple gesture from a waiter in a place that was almost empty, and an accident could have been avoided. Thankfully, the manager or owner or someone in higher rank saw me and replaced the food. But this shouldn't have happened.

Good place for a nice cup of coffee and a fresh pastry. Service could be hit or miss, but it is still one of the best coffee shops in Brickell.

If you are familiar with Granier in Europe, this will likely be a disappointment. Granier was my go to bakery when I lived in Spain for three years, and then again when I found one in London. This location doesn’t offer berlinas rellenas nor double napolitanas (dark and white chocolate). The napolitanas and chocolate croissants they do have leave a lot to be desired.

We found this bakery near our hotel in Miami. You shouldn't expect different types of bread and rolls, but there is a decent baguette or wheat bread.
