We arrived to the pick up area at 5:00 am and waited for more than an hour and the shuttle never arrived. This was one of the nicer Embassy Suites that I have stayed at. It is beautifully decorated and modern. They had live music playing during the evening happy hour/snack time, which I thought was a nice touch. Everything was very clean and neat. The pool area was very nice and gated. Of course, being next to the airport, there are quite a few planes that go over. These are not heard inside, only outside. The parking is gated and accessed with your room key. Overall, it was a great stay.Food & drinks: Evening Happy hour/snacks and a great free breakfast.

The location is convenient to get to the airport without delays and traffic jams. It's a bit further to the center and Miami Beach. But this is not a problem, access is worse because it is difficult to find nearby bus stops, Google maps and others are very wrong when it comes to directing pedestrians in this area. Hotel without any comments - large, clean rooms. We had a window facing the airport, but surprisingly there was no noise at all, the windows were tight. The interior hall was impressive. Breakfasts were so-so, but not far from the hotel standard in the USA. Free airport shuttle is available, but if you don't have time to wait or there are a lot of people willing, Uber or Lyft don't cost much from this place. Parking is paid. There are no clear rules about stopping in front of the building to drop off passengers, take them to the luggage room and then return to return the car to the rental company.

This hotel was the BEST!!! Staff is 100% friendly attentive and HELPFUL!!!! Hotel is nice and clean with plenty of free amenities.The complimentary breakfast is delicious and I just love the evening reception. The cocktails were great! The pool area os lovely. They provide transportation to the cruise port AND they have a complimentary shuttle to nearby stores. Airport shuttle is 24 hours. If youre in Miami JUST STAY HERE. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED. Rooms are very spacious and renovations are beautiful. Oh the onsite restaurant is pricey but the portions are a nice size and the food is delicious. The bar is good and reasonably priced too.
The pool was SO dirty. And I’m not exaggerating when I say the hot tub was green. It was an obvious health hazard. There were zero towels. Management didn’t seem to care about any of these issues. There was no hot water in our room and water pressure was terrible. Overall, I’m amazed this came from an Embassy Suites. I would never come back here. Would not recommend to a soul.
