We stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport everytime we cruise!! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful,always clean!! The staff are very patient and helpful, always kind and professional, and it can get pretty hectic with large groups of cruisers!! This hotel was amazing. They were so accommodating at 1am when our plane was cancelled with no luggage. We travel alot and I would give this place a 10 out 10! Great place!
Only reason why I rate this 3 stars is because everything was amazing until the Jacuzzi got taped off and I could get in. Because of that, I didn’t get to get in the hotel not one time during my stay and I was super upset. They told me that morning, it would be open at 8:30 the first time I called about it, then at 10:30 the second time I called about it.
