A quick review. The hotel is a great location. The hotel shuttle from airport took 50 mins to arrive to pick us up. After 2 calls to the front desk. The pool is very cold, the hot tub is excellent and very large. The evening reception is non existent, just nacho chips and salsa, broccoli and salary sticks. 2 drinks . This is the worst evening reception I have had at any Hilton property…Please do better with this. The excise room is good, but the bike was not working. The breakfast...
This was my second time staying at this hotel. We booked it before and after our cruise. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff and they were able to get us checked in a little early. They also have a great breakfast with made to order omelets. They also have an evening reception where you get two complimentary drinks. Even tho it was a little chilly, we still took advantage of the pool. And of course the outdoor hot tub.
I enjoyed my stay very much. The room and service were excellent, very clean and organized room. The staff was also very courteous and customer service oriented. I plan on staying here regularly when visiting Miami.
