Great location. They serve big portions with lots of toppings. They don't go cheap on their toppings. They make sure you are satisfied then trying to go cheap. I have stop going to of ice cream store because they go cheap on toppings and servings. Been here several times And all the ladies are very kind. Make sure to tip them as they truly deserve it.

They wanted to overcharge us. We stated we wanted small and she said she gave us large. When we complained about paying she ask us to bring back our icecreams so she could take some out to make it a small portion. Even after we were eating them. We returned everything and left. It felt like a behavior from a Latin-American country. They should consider hiring people who understand how America works.

came here to get shakes and the lady told us that they don’t make them 15 min before closing, which we know for a fact that’s not true. it’s a shame they allow this to happen.

The place is very dirty! They serve you in a hurry, they give you the crowded boat that falls down! Terrible

Today, July 22, I went to buy a coffee mocha and the lady who served me gave me a coffee that was pure ice and water and it hardly tasted like coffee, I always buy the same coffee there, so I really don't understand what happened today that I didn't taste at all they should be aware of how they make the coffee

Treated very unprofessional and rude attitude from a girl working there with black curly hair. She should not work with the public at all. Rosy came to help us after and was very kind unlike the other girl. Thanks Rosy :)

Delicious ice creams and what better after a long walk

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The ice cream is great but the workers have no customer skills. I was there today and the lady at the counter asked if we wanted a regular cup or a small. I said regular and she fills a small cup. After I correct her she tells her coworker how she now has to move the ice cream to a bigger cup as if it was that big of a task. After that I got really bothered by that so when it was time to pay I went to put no tip and the machine put 4 dollars of tip. I then tell her that I made a mistake and she waits until the last minute to tell me that I have to press the red button. Obviously it processed and then she tells me that she doesn’t know how to give a refund. That was an obvious lie because if you don’t even know how to give a refund why are you working there? She also told me that it was my fault that I made the mistake even though the machine would not work when I tapped what was supposed to be the correct option. Then another lady working there starts practically yelling at me telling me to take out my card even though I had already taken it out and it was in my hand. That place is very disorganized. You have 5 people taking a bunch of orders at the same time and having that many people is going to cause a lot of mistakes/problems. I didn’t catch anyones names but everybody there was rude and unprofessional. I have been here many time before and have never had such a terrible experience. I’m never going back again. If you want some Hagen daz ice cream, buy it at the store. This place is just a bunch of rude people who have no idea how to run the shop selling you overpriced ice cream. They should honestly just close the place or find people who will do their job correctly.
