I totally understand the reviews where people say the service was beyond bad. I've ordered and paid for several To Good To Go bags, I understand its a surprise and may have different items however its a bagel shop, not a ton of variety like a super market or a place w many items. One time it included cream cheese w the bagels which was good. I only asked if I reserve a bag today do we think it might have cream cheese included? An employee was rude telling me it doesn't come with etc etc and then hung up on me lol. I called back because that's unprofessional, I was only asking a question. A different person answered (a Manager or Leader I believe) and was even worse saying I don't have to buy anything, that she doesn't have to include cream cheese etc etc. I said I know I don't have to buy anything, was only asking a question to help me decide if I was going to or not today. Of course I didn't, I reminded her not to penalize customers for simply asking a question. Awful awful service, unacceptable in my opinion. No one has to buy anything and when you treat people like that don't worry, they won't. I'm certainly not going back and I get why others have said the same.

I’ve lived in the area for about 20 years now and have been coming here since I was a kid. I can tell you, hands down, this is the best breakfast/brunch spot in all of Palmetto Bay.
The employees have probably been there just as long. And I have never had a problem with the service.

Absolutely deserving of five stars. The Google rating doesn’t do this place justice at all. The bagels are incredibly fresh, and the spreads are packed with flavor. Highly recommend trying their bagels and spreads. Have a small seating area inside and some tables & chairs outside.

I have never had an issue at this location. The owner is lovely and kind. The staff as well. I have always been acknowledged. Bagels are always fresh and made daily.
I wished that had more locations. Fresh bagels at affordable prices are hard to come by.

I ordered a ham egg and cheese and a cream cheese both on everything bagels, my total came to be $21 and the lady didn’t tell me coffee was included in my order i had to ask her to confirm and they didn’t even cut my bagel. What bothers me is that this is NOT worth the price and the customer service is very mediocre. I gave this place a 2nd try cause i didn’t even like it the first time but after this time safe to say i will not be going back
