Food was provided at COPE North. The food was delicious and flavorful. First time trying and definitely have to make my way there. First time trying salmon biscuit and baby that was amazing.
The food was very tasty and well cooked but took extremely long to come out as to where the establishment was not that busy with customers dining in. It appeared that they were low on staff and inventory was not done. There were no sodas available, no coffee cups and no oxtails ready to go along with the grits. This was all at about 10:30am.
