I rarely leave reviews, but this place was genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I found a hair in my food—not even hidden, just sitting there like no one in the kitchen cared. And right by the kitchen entrance? A dead roach. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
The food itself was bland, oily, and felt nothing like what they claimed it was. Inauthentic and honestly just gross. I’ve had better food at corner spots with half the price and ten times the flavor.
The worst part, though? The staff. Incredibly rude and dismissive—and if you’re not white, don’t expect even basic courtesy. The atmosphere was so cold and uncomfortable, like I wasn’t even welcome there. It’s 2025, and this kind of racist behavior should have no place in any business.
Save your money. There are so many better restaurants in the area that serve authentic food with real hospitality. This place is a hard never again.
And to the staff—when you see this, don’t bother with a “sorry” or a fake invitation for a second chance. This place should be shut down. It’s a miracle it’s still around. You seriously need a health inspection.
Even the foods they stole from the Palestinians
None of their food is native to Israel. Its from Palestine, Jordan, Egypt, and other surrounding areas. All this food existed before 1948. Weird to claim it as Israeli.
Best falafel I’ve ever had outside of Israel! Best is a vibe. Great service. Above all you get a true authentic cuisine that is Glatt Kosher 🔥
Great food and service.
Great Israeli experience. Delicious!
I’ve experienced the spice kings food at an event in Fort Myers Fl and looked forward to going to his Miami restaurant. You can taste the love in every bite of his food. The deconstructed baba ghanoush is out of this world. Everything that we had was exceptionally good. He came and checked on our table of 49 people to make sure we were all OK and was there anything we needed. If you’re ever in the Miami design district you have to check him out.
If i could only give them zero stars, i would. Bad customer service and bad food, I will not be returning.

Passionate about Middle Eastern cuisine, I ate both at the Jaffa in South Beach (takeaway) and at this one in the Design District Food Court (on site): excellent quality and refined, refined presentation. I recommend them both, both for take away and at the table.

Very good shawarma, fresh, generous, inexpensive for Miami, and the market allows everyone to find something according to their tastes. Very good spot for lunch

Food was very sub-par, not fresh at all, and a poor representation of real middle eastern cuisine. This is ridiculously over-priced for what it is.
