I ordered a razzmatazz and the smoothie came completely different. The color was way off and watered down and so was the taste. Apparently it was because the smoothie came like that because I didn't add on anything which is a dollar each. So I pay for an 8 dollar smoothie and unless I pay 2 more dollars they can't even give me the original smoothie? They're called add-ons not subtract-offs. What a rip off.

Great service, but run out of boba very fast. Stopped giving lids as well, you must ask for it to get a lid.

Service is awful, I understand we are all tired sometimes, but no one should work a customer service job with that type of attitude.
The service was awful and they left huge banana chunks in my smoothie. Huge brown banana chunks. Waste of money.

I always order fresh juice from them . But the last time when I ordered fresh juice they mixed it with ice when i told them it doesn’t have ice they replied to me that they always mix it with ice. So you make smoothie and then you call it fresh!!!!!

Its good but making your own smoothies and granola is so much cheaper and healthier (less sugar) that I don't think I can reccomend jamba juice to anyone.
