We have been coming to South Kendall Square Jersey Mikes since it opened. We have always received great, fresh food and amazing service. In fact, they remember us and always make us feel so welcome. Today when we walked in to pick up subs, we shared that we wanted to buy a sandwich for a gentleman who is homeless and is around the area.

The crew behind the counter was very friendly and engaging. Treated all customers with the same quality customer service. I opting to eating half my sub now and taking the other half to go. They even Brought out subs to those who decided to sit down as well to our respective tables. Crew even asked if I enjoyed my sub, which I had asked for their recommendations when placing my order. Best service I’ve had in a while, including nice restaurants around town.
