We have been coming to South Kendall Square Jersey Mikes since it opened. We have always received great, fresh food and amazing service. In fact, they remember us and always make us feel so welcome. Today when we walked in to pick up subs, we shared that we wanted to buy a sandwich for a gentleman who is homeless and is around the area.

Food is consistent at Jersey Mike's and it was good here, but it stuck out how congenial and pleasant the aforementioned staff were especially as it seems like customer service has gotten worse and worse at most places these days. So it was refreshing.
