“Was staying at the Four Seasons hotel in Miami for a couple of nights, and wanted a quick cheap dinner, so went here. Got there at around 7:30pm on a Tuesday, and was the only customer. Ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich (toasted) and it was ready within 5 minutes. Cost 11 bucks, which is decent for that area. Staff was friendly, and I liked the hanging bike and other decor of the place.“
“I walked in at 10:40 a.m. It was a Tuesday after the president's holiday. No one noticed me, as they were prepping for the day to begin. I waited about 1 minute overlooking the menu when a young lady walks in the door and greeted me. She proceeded to take my order asked if I wanted the bread toasted I declined. She asked if I wanted to get a chip and soda I declined. I settled on just the sandwich which is a number seven a spicy Italian I promptly paid once I was given my receipt she commenced to making my sandwich. The moment she put her gloves on it took nearly 1 and 1/2 minutes before she was finished with my sandwich very quickly. I asked her to add some mustard which she obliged. After that she wrapped it up handed it to me I am now biting to this nice cool sandwich meat nicely chilled and bread as well. Not much in the form of talk. I can deal with that as long as my food isn't a timely fashion.“
“I placed my lunch order for delivery, and though it came JIMMY JOHN fast, it was without the turkey. I called the store, and they quickly delivered me another sandwich before my 30 minute lunch break was over. I even received a call from store manager Mr. Ortiz apologizing for the mishap.“

From the greeting to the suggestions to the knowledge of there rewards program. Left me at aww as many places we go into now a-days are not even greeted . This was my first time at this location but I’ll surely be back for their kindness and great customer service. I know many people will say well that’s their job . True ! Oh lol and my sandwich was the number 7 with mayo , jalapeño ranch , ranch seasoning oil vinegar basil , jimmy peppers, cut in half ! ?“
