First of all, they are very slow although it’s morning time and everybody is going to work and waiting for their breakfast…
Secondly, the lady at the cashier keeps asking something extra such as avocado and gluten-free bread, but she never tells about the additional charge which is really high. For example, they provide regular bread, including the price but when you ask for gluten-free bread, it’s $2.90 plus tax… Avacado $2.10 plus tax. it’s really expensive and also I would like to say that the cashier should warn the customer that they are going to charge extra five dollars for a small sandwich..
Overall, I don’t even like that atmosphere because it’s very small and people are waiting for their orders and also the line at the cashier at the same place. It’s not a very peaceful place for breaks fast.

Joe’s green mile changed their recipe and it was the only thing I liked on the menu, used to be a good chain. Can’t say I have a reason to return anymore. The new drink formula is awful kiwi has so much sugar.

Great place to have a drink, I decided to place my order through the app so when I got to the store my order was already ready, without lines and without waiting.
I really enjoyed the matcha tea
But the Iron Man Shake lacked consistency and fruit. I hope to have a better experience with the next fruit shake.

Please remove your EXTREMELY HIGH service fee. You are charging $7.22 for Uber Eats service for 2 items. Sandwich and a drink + I have to pay the delivery person too. There is no reason you need $7.22 service for 2 items. It's Not necessary and it's rude!

I had a terrible experience today. This restaurant was really good, but the waitress was so mean she started yelling at us and passing the things really rudely. We were really nice to her and we never did anything rude, there were three staff members and there was nobody in the line except us. They took 20 minutes to make our sandwiches and when we asked why it was taking so long and when it would be ready, we the lady was so mean and she told us that we never come back because we were the rude ones, we were never rude and we were treated horribly, this happened around 6:30 pm Sunday in brickell miami! Please do something about this. The lady had curly hair. Please check the cameras we were 4 girls and we never did anything rude to her, just because we are young it doesn’t mean we should be treated differently than other customers!

I don’t know why they have bad reviews. I ordered a few things and the staff misheard part of my order. Instead of coffee they gave me a protein shake which I didn’t want. When I told the staff, the apologised and gave me a coffee as well with no extra charge (I got to keep the shake too otherwise they would have disposed it)
Ordered a cappuccino, it was terrible, just milk and zero foam. When I went back to return it, the barista was extremely rude and tried to tell me this is how it’s supposed to be. This is my drink and I order this all the time. Extremely condescending and unfriendly. Another barista stepped in and remade it. Much better the 2nd time around.
Good place for a coffee and a quick meal. Nice music.

First time checking out this place , I loved their tunavocado sandwich , that I had to come back the next day! So good! Service was great , they were quick to fix any mistakes. I’m not sure why they have such low stars, I loved it.

Everything at Joe & The Juice is excellent! The coffee, juices, and sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly, and the vibe is perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed hangout. Highly recommended!

The menu of the drinks is great. The taste of them is good. But the service is really in need of a good manager. I have been to three locations of Joe and juice and it’s all the same. The staff looks dirty. They don’t have uniform and some guidance for the apperance . That creates the thoughts like: “Oh, what if they didn’t wash the fruits before squeezing my juice?” And etc.
I ordered my juice while there were no ppl in line in front of me. There were 5 workers at the counter. And it took them 10-15 min to make me juice It’s way worse on weekends.
So my opinion as a customer: 1) change the staff cleanliness and appearance 2) organize the serving/cooking processes And you will get more clients.
