Waited over 20 minutes for the very expensive juice to be made. I was only customer and there were three workers behind the counter...I couldn't leave because they already took my money...won't be back.

JOE & THE JUICE offers fresh, vibrant juices and healthy snacks in a lively, modern setting. Their smoothies and cold-pressed juices are packed with flavor and nutrition, perfect for a quick energy boost. The staff are friendly and efficient, creating a welcoming vibe. Great spot for a refreshing break in the city!

I have stopped ordering from Joe due to the wait time and rudeness of their team that works @ the Brickell store. There is no phone number to contact and speak with a human, only via email, and they don't respond the same day. I do not recommend this place at all.

Diara did not make the sandwiches good, she forgot the signature roasts. This place is definitely not worth it, Joe and the juice quality has decreased massively and it’s a disgrace. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION ESPECIALLY WATCH OUT FOR Diara she puts no effort for the sandwiches, to me it felt like it was left overs considering how much money I paid for a damn sandwich.

I come here often, but this time decided to leave a review because the staff went above and beyond to help me. I was having issues with the app and Santiago took the time to work with me to get the issue resolved. A satisfied customer to say the least.

I had a pick up. Two girls were talking together all the time and waisted my time. Absolute Bo…

It's a really simplistic and vibrant place, especially if you're looking for a spot with a quick and healthy drink on a hot spring day.

We ordered Joe's Green Mile Run and Unicorn Tears, the latter of which I really enjoyed! The Green Mile Run was good, I would just say that they put way too much lemon in it, so it kinda felt like I was sipping straight lemon juice. But the Unicorn Tears was so good. Made my childhood dreams come true, since I always believed unicorn-anythings were the best.

The service was a little slower than I expected, especially since we ordered at a time where there weren't too many people. But otherwise really friendly, vibrant, urban atmosphere!

Over an hour for 5 sandwiches … 45 minutes just for coffee. When I went inside to ask for my coffee the girl at the barista bar said ten minutes, walked back outside waited .. went to the register 15 minutes later and the cashier asked me if I’ve gotten any of my items……. Where’s the communication? The whole set up is so backwards. Wynwood location is much better! And they are extremely busy from 11-1pm in Brickell area.

Incredible how long it took with the sandwich, the workers talking to each other very very slowly, they don't want to work 25 minutes for a sandwich with the place empty! I will not return

First of all, they are very slow although it’s morning time and everybody is going to work and waiting for their breakfast…

Secondly, the lady at the cashier keeps asking something extra such as avocado and gluten-free bread, but she never tells about the additional charge which is really high. For example, they provide regular bread, including the price but when you ask for gluten-free bread, it’s $2.90 plus tax… Avacado $2.10 plus tax. it’s really expensive and also I would like to say that the cashier should warn the customer that they are going to charge extra five dollars for a small sandwich..

Overall, I don’t even like that atmosphere because it’s very small and people are waiting for their orders and also the line at the cashier at the same place. It’s not a very peaceful place for breaks fast.

Joe’s green mile changed their recipe and it was the only thing I liked on the menu, used to be a good chain. Can’t say I have a reason to return anymore. The new drink formula is awful kiwi has so much sugar.

Great place to have a drink, I decided to place my order through the app so when I got to the store my order was already ready, without lines and without waiting.

I really enjoyed the matcha tea

But the Iron Man Shake lacked consistency and fruit. I hope to have a better experience with the next fruit shake.
