I have been going to Joe’s for years. It’s walking distance from my house and the staff is so friendly. I love the açaí and matcha. My only complain is that they recently drew back on the portion of the açaí bowl. It’s about 40% less and $16 for the bowl. I think that’s ridiculously overpriced now. It’s gotten very expensive. I am contemplating going elsewhere for it now because of the shortage of portion. Hopefully they can bring it back to the old one. The açaí bowl portion is 1 star. I put 3 stars because they staff is great.
Ordered a juice it was good. Staff is friendly enough. The place was a disaster 2 garbage cans overflowing debris all over the floor. It was 5pm but there was 3 people behind the counter and no one felt compelled to sweep or take out the trash. Not sure who is running that place but they aren’t doing it well.

My wife and I ordered our usual two juices but the flavors weren't well balanced compared to the other Joe and the Juices we've been to (I'm willing to chalk that up to seasonality). One juice was completely warm though, maybe the staff forgot the ice?The service was slow considering there weren't a lot of customers and maybe 8-10 employees behind the counter. An employee also asked me where I was from, which isn't a big deal for me, just a bit of an odd question out of the blue.Overall, seems like a chill place to be an employee but I didn't think the juices I got were worth the $20 and wait time.

Honestly I love joe and the juice but the service at this location is the most slow motion thing I have ever seen in my life. And on top of that why is the employee texting w the gloves that he is making my sandwich with ??
After having the Eggcado Breakfast Sandwich with Gluten Free Bread for my allergy for two days in a row, I was turned down and humiliated by a different employee after requesting the same sandwich again. He told me they can’t do that and then proceeded to ask two of his staff members to explain to me how it doesn’t work that way. I said I understood the logistics of the bread not being an immediate option available unless a specific note is made on the order, but he refused harshly and said he wouldn’t do that for me because there’s no way to track the waste loss. I’ve worked in the fine dining restaurant industry as the executive assistant to the CEO and am highly disappointed how this cashier spoke to me and demanded his co-workers “explain to her how we don’t do that because she’s not understanding”. This was my honeymoon trip with my husband and we had above average experiences the other two times, the food was amazing so we ignored a lot of the bad habits. But today was unacceptable. We ordered exactly what I had requested in-store the last two days on their app and no issue at all. Everything he said he couldn’t do was an option on their app….Interesting. Horrible Customer Service.

As I was walking to Joe and the juice, i saw many people walk in and out within the same minute. So as soon as I went inside, I approached the counter to order and someone behind the counter immediately tells me “it’s going to be a 45 min wait. Sorry, about that.” He doesn’t even allow me to order nor does he give me an option. Why bother having your doors open if you can’t even service your customers? I walked 15 minutes to get here. What a waste of time ! Hire more help

Always walked by and finally decided today was the day to stop in. It’ll probably be the first and last time.Got a sandwich and coffee for $18.The Joe’s chicken club had no flavor and chicken was very noticeably on the colder side.Not sure what was going on but there was boxes and boxes of empty cardboard boxes stacked next to the cashier area.They also don’t accept cash.

So glad this place lived up to the hype! I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time and finally I was able to. This location was walking distance from my hotel. It was a bit packed for a Wednesday morning. They have inside and outdoor seating. I ordered the vanilla matcha iced latte and the spicy tunacado. The vanilla matcha latte was really good and the spicy tuna was divine! The flavors of the spicy tuna really complimented each other well. I decided to dine outside since the inside was a bit crowded. I love that the food is filling and healthy. The staff was friendly and my order was made in a timely manner. I would highly recommend trying this restaurant.

Can't get enough of this place. Except I can....talking abt that one time my credit card got declined bc I didn't realize a sandwich and juice was going to be $30 (bc I tip ofc). Anyway, this place has the best packaging which is really the whole reason to order the sandwich. Also, anyone know the workout routine for the bread bc like how do they get it so skinny??!?! And thanks to the kind man at the front who put hot sauce in a cup for me today. Love the outdoor seating but would be better if there was rooftop seating. It's also off-leash dog friendly if you were wondering (see pic)
