first Johnny Rockets I've been to in years- everything was clean, we sat inside instead of out because of how noisy it was in the shopping center. the food could have been better, the milkshake was great, and the service definitely could've been better, but it seemed like they might've been understaffed

The food was bland and they charged a 15% gratuity automatically. Somehow a meal for 2 adults and a child came close to 100 dollars.

The service attitude was very bad. That’s why they automatically add the tip to the bill. If they hadn’t, I wouldn’t have tipped!!

Johnny Rockets at the Miami Dolphin Mall entrance is a place we visit before every flight to the airport, we love the taste of their hamburgers and it is also a good alternative for those who want to spend time in the shopping mall. The service is very good, even though the ambiance is not nice, we go there every time we visit just for the taste. It is recommended that you try it.

Absolutely horrible service, and rude staff. They put an auto gratuity on the bill without saying anything. I don’t believe you should auto gratuity someone when you don’t even check on their food. Marianela was extremely rude and unprofessional

The manager was rude ..after he asked me a question..he gave me his back. I ordered a strawberry shake it was runny and not thick. It was with an auto gratuity $14.75. The overall experience was unsatisfactory.

A little delayed in cleaning the table and serving us. The waitress was friendly. The burger was good. The bread was fresh and the meat was juicy. I didn't like the French fries.
