My wife and I were going to order some food as we waited on our movie to start. We walked in at approximately 9pm. We sat at the countertop area, right in the front of the restaurant. Not one employee, including the manager Batti acknowledged us after sitting for atleast 5 to 7 mins and there were atleast 3 people who were constantly passing by. But then a spanish couple walked in and sat at the countertop. Within 2 minutes of them sitting down, they were acknowledged and handed menus to view. I immediately said to the very rude waitress that we were here for almost 10 mins without anyone saying one word to us or handing us a menu. She proceeded to tell me she didn't see us. REALLY?? Afterwards , I went to speak to the manager Batti, who was even reluctant to tell me his title, about our horrible/ discriminatory experience and we proceeded to leave. After living in Miami over 40 years, this is one of the first times I've blatantly experienced discrimination and it honestly left me with tears in my eyes. I will NEVER step foot in another Johnny Rockets ever again in life! This is not the 1800/1900 when discrimination was accepted. I am a paying customer just like everyone else. The color of my skin should not determine if I receive service or acknowledgement!

I ordered 2 Stella and 2 original burgers. The burger was horrible. I did not eat it. I told the server which her service was good and she did not care about the burger was not eatable she just cared about charging me so she get her 15% tips. It should be removed from the bill. I used to go there once in a while for the burger and beer but NO MORE. I hardly write reviews about restaurants but this was really really bad.

Lya and Monica were amazing! My friend and I walked in late on Sunday night very closed to them closing. To my surprise we were attended promptly and with welcoming smiles. Our food was brought up quickly and the atmosphere was very nice. Will definitely visit again when I’m at Dolphin Mall.

OMG 100%. Best service I’ve ever had in miami. Was not expecting much…. It’s Johnny rockets…. But holy cow did the staff here blow me away. Super attentive. Super cool. Really good food too and amazing prices. BOB is the man! Best server I’ve ever had in Miami. Never thought it’d be at a Johnny rockets. Good job. BOB should get a promotion. Great dinner for family of 3.

They automatically added the tip and it was only four of us. The food was OK nothing spectacular $52 for one cheeseburger, chicken burger, and Philly cheesesteak and some fries with cheese. I'm not impressed especially with the automatic tip that they add to the bill that should be outlawed And it's not very nice since the waitress accepted cash before we knew that the tip was automatically added to the bill because she didn't bring the bill to the table she only brought the payment to the table
