Got my café con leche almost ice cold. I asked for a warm up, and got it undrinkable hot. The server quite disconnected from the customer. Another staff member, sitting nearby, simply connected to her WhatsApp non stop, displayed extremely bad actitude toward her fellow worker cleaning the floor.
The place is pretty, food so-so, staff service requires improvements

There are specialty croquetas sandwich does not look anything like the picture literally two drops of sauce and one slice of ham for $14. Cheese was thicker than a slice of ham given.

Visited on May 27th at 6:00 a.m.
I came in with my dad right as the place was opening. We were greeted by a very friendly man seemed like he was the chef or worked in the kitchen. He let us know someone would be out shortly to take our order.
A few moments later, a woman came out, but she looked annoyed from the moment she saw us. I didn’t say anything and just kept quiet, but when she finally came to take our order, she said with attitude, “Now it’s 6 a.m.” I checked my phone it was 6:02 a.m.
It was clear she was upset that we came in a minute or two early, even though we were let in and welcomed without any issue. The whole thing felt uncomfortable, like we were being treated as a problem just for showing up at the posted opening time.
So we left and took our business elsewhere. No one likes to feel unwelcome, especially over something so minor.

This bakery is a gem. The ladies make you feel right at home and they are very attentive. The pastries are fresh and the croquetas are usually fried to order. The cakes are delicious.
