It is the second and last time I go. I just went today, Saturday at 8:50 p.m., last time I went at the same time during the week. The service is perverse, on the 2 times I have gone they have no product, and what they had seemed overheated. I will not return and I do not recommend going to this place, terrible!

I have eaten there several times because I like KFC and it is the only one I have close by but I decided not to go to this specific one anymore, the food sometimes takes a long time, the nuggets are sad, they look like they were from the previous day, hard and sometimes dry, there is a man who is always sitting for hours and is not a worker at the place which inspires discomfort and occupies the seats without consuming, there are two young boys who work there who seem to be new, they are always distracted and slow, on more than one occasion I had them I have to complain because they give my order incomplete and they don't even ask me if I want sauce to accompany the nuggets, I also ask to eat at the place and they don't give me the tray, they give me a bag to take away, I have the habit of ordering almost always the same order and recently I heard one of the workers commenting about that, they shouldn't care and it is also very uncomfortable that the workers there always have their eyes on you while you eat, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. But there is a lady who is Cuban who treats me well, she is fast and very helpful to her. Yes, there are 5 stars but the place in general is garbage.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Visited this KFC on Friday night (11/29) around 7p with my dad. Walked in, no one greeted us, said they would be with us in a moment, nothing. My dad had to ask one employee if they even had anyone on the register. He said he would help but did not. The manager (tall guy, black and white stripe shirt) did nothing but go in the little office. They realized, in the back, that I was upset and began to chatter but no one helped us at all. Just lazy and dismissive attitudes. Especially for the manager. Obviously he sets the tone. We left.

I went here for lunch 9/8/2024. I was also here in Feb. I ordered the saucy nuggets and a spicy chicken sandwich. In fed I ordered the 5 piece tenders and a smashed popatoe box. Both times, the service was fast and easy. The potato bowls with chicken nuggets are customizable. Overall good
