Imperial Tea & Chinese restaurant in Coral Gables left a very good impression. The food has delicious flavor and a fair price. The Imperial Fried Rice was absolutely incredible packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The crab rangoons were impressive: crispy on the outside with a deliciously creamy filling. The Brown Sugar Tea was delicious and the tapioca pearls melted in the mouth. The Boba selection has a lot of options, including a Boba with snow, which is a piece of flan on top. The food does taste good, but the portions are not that big. The udon noodles were enjoyed the most. The Pekin Duck for two people was delicious—duck was tender, vegetables crispy, the pancakes thin, soft and pliable. The sauce was also excellent. It was precisely in time. Overall a great place.
